This is an excellent hotel to stay in Florence. Close to major landmarks and restaurants. You can take a walk along the river. Hotel staff are excellent and friendly. We left a phone in the room after checkout and they called us and we got the phone back. We are so appreciative. The hotel room is spacious with comfortable beds.great view from our room. AC was nice and strong. Roof top bar was excellent and we enjoyed sunset there with great view. I recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Florence.

Excellent hotel, spacious rooms, elegant. Located right by the river Arno, 10 minutes walk to the historic downtown. Friendly staff. Roof terrace with pool and bar/restaurant offers spectacular views of the city. Friendly staff nd super helpful staff. A great value.

I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and found that hotel Lucchesi very clean, beautiful view , excellent rooftop bar and pool was so refreshing after a hot day, and walkable to main attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. I Highly recommend

Good location and service. However our room had an internal window which I wasn’t aware of so the room was actually pretty dark.

I was disappointed with are stay at the hotel, the only plus was the location and the concierge staff! Hotel is tired and needs renovating!
The pool area has no sun loungers just tables so not relaxing! And pool is more the size of a hydro tub! Breakfast was nothing special and we didn’t bother after day 2! Definitely wouldn’t stay here again but I would go back to Florence

We stayed here for a couple of days in July of 2024 - the air conditioning was amazing haha! The hotel felt safe and clean. The rooftop pool is tiny, but came in handy after hot days walking around the city. We enjoyed our stay here!

Beautiful hotel unfortunately our room was under the roof bar and it was extremely loud we couldn’t sleep. I called concierge not much they could do until bar closed very disappointing that we couldn’t get good night sleep

Roof top has great views and very relaxing. Pool is relatively small, and drinks very expensive.

Excellent hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Very clean, good restaurant and excellent breakfast. Location is good - about a 10 minute walk to the Uffizi Galleries. I recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice hotel. It has the best rooftop view of Florence, we enjoyed going up to the Empire rooftop bar for drinks while enjoying the sunset. Staff is excellent and rooms are clean and comfortable

I enjoyed the hotel. It is along the river and, as such, a beautiful place to stay. The hotel is also accessible to cars without 'inner city' permits, making it easy to visit if you are driving in. The rooftop is beyond gorgeous to sit at for a drink or a meal.
The rooms are small but clean and well attended to. I appreciated the eco-aspects of the hotel. Sustainability seems to be a focus of theirs.

This was my 5th stay at Hotel Lucchesi and I will always stay here when I am in Florence. It’s a charming old hotel with a fantastic staff, especially Romano and Michele, the concierge. The breakfast is delicious and the rooftop bar offers spectacular views at sunset. Its location is perfect and close to everything you want to experience in Florence.

Upon arrival the staff is there to help. The décor is five star and the hotel Is filled with history. The attention to room details, from slippers to nightly notes (weather the next day, etc.) is very comforting

Beautiful old world Italy decor, super attentive staff, excellent food and service with a rooftop bar that has an amazing view of Firenze. Overlooking the river with an easy walk to Uffizzi, Basilica, town square, David, Ponte Vecchio and shopping.

It is a beautiful property and the staff is amazing. It was a little hot at night with no air conditioning.

The property was fantastic and the people were great. My only comment to the contrary is the air conditioning. Lots of hotels in Italy turn off the air conditioning and only provide heat. This property was no different. I tend to run a bit warm and i like to sleep in a cold room. I was a bit concerned about leaving the window open all night and the fan they provided was very loud. The hotel is gorgeous and the staff just want to help anyway they can. Being close to the river is great too. It is a beautiful stroll in the evening with plenty of place to stop and grab a glass of wine
