The room was cold when we entered the room. The sound of heater was too high for sleep. The heater does not heat the room properly. We dod not like these issues.

The room was very clean and big enough. The only things we didn’t like were the light and curtains in the room. If u stay 1 day then they are not important but we stayed 3 days so they mattered for us. Only 1 thick curtain was available and it made room so dark. Once u open it, you are directly seen from the street :)
They should use both thick and thin one.
Lights are linked to each other and so strong- especially the ones next to bed are crazily disturbing.
The location is very good. Not so close to city center (30 mins on foot, 6-7 mins by bus/metro) but right next to the hauptbahnhof so you have everything close to you. Public transportation runs in front of the hotel.
The reception was very helpful and always there for you.

Hotel was o.k. Being right next to major train station isn't great. Except, you had access to all the shops.Because you definately did not want to buy the very expensive breakfast and coffee in the hotel.

The hotel is near to the station, about half an hours walk from the old town. Of you cross a foot bridge close to the hotel, you get a great view of the city and a most pleasant walk along the river. Two bridges down you can cross back to the city side. Room was clean, airco worked, window in the bathroom couldn't be opened because part of the fixtures didn't work properly. Nice staff. Parking a bit expensive.

This would’ve been a five star rating for sure. Friendliest staff we’ve experienced, but the bathroom was easily the smallest bathroom in a hotel room I have seen in my 20 years of travel throughout Europe. My hope is the other rooms have larger bathroom bathrooms.

The location is great, right next to the main trans station, however if you have a rental car, you have to pay the hotel parking 10€/day. We decided to walt to city center, a good 30 min walk, i def thought it would be closer. The shower didnt work at all, and i actually got burned.

The drive was a bit complicated due to the traffic and being right at the train station. Carpets needs cleaning and the bathroom were so small I could touch the sink and wall with my hips and I’m not that big .

Breakfast was basic. I requested ahead gluten & lactose options for my breakfast and they “only” offered GF bread. The room
is very small & the bathroom tiny. The beds & pillows are hard as a rock. We were able to leave our luggage at the hotel before the check in. The A/C wasn’t cool enough.

Right next to the train station and the bus stop to take me to the old part of town. Super convenient, clean and A/C. The only negative is the size of the room and bathroom. It was just me so no problem, but for 2 it would have been a tight squeeze. I would stay again.

Clean. Staff is friendly. If you arrive early, they may check-in early if rooms are available. But in many cases, all rooms are booked out and they won't be able to check you in. But, they can keep your heavy baggage in a secured locked room with some tags. It's quite convenient. In this case, don't lose your tag because they will be asking the tag in order to get your bags back.

easy walk from train station. Taxi's are available to take you into the city at about 20 E. Probably bus service as well. Tiny bathroom, tiny room. Breakfast was good. A budget hotel
