The breakfast is very nice. We had two times in restaurant with buffet. It’s good taste and good service. I recommend to have a breakfast.

Strong AC, but front door injured me since it’s automatic AND sliding at once. I’ve never had a door like that. Heated pool. Shower faucets hard to use.

Hotels in a pretty busy area. 35 min from airport. The beds are comfy however they need to remodel the rooms. And bathrooms. You can tell they been around for a while. Overall its a average hotel. In the middle of the city.

I had last visited this property 15 years ago. The rooms have been updated; however, the lobby is the same as when we last stayed there. My husband who is an avid swimmer was happy to have access to the pool; unfortunately, it was terribly over chlorinated enough to cause skin irritation. We were happy with the morning breakfast buffet. There was a great selection. The front desk attendant was not welcoming. He failed in detailing our 2 night stay. I would think they would want someone with good people skills representing their business managing the front desk. Would I stay there again? Probably not, I would select a property closer to the Zona Rosa.

The room has no fridge , microwave or coffee machine so you can’t enjoy hot food or cold water then if you keep the food out of the fridge they get spoiled

The rooms appeared to be brand new, as if they had never been used before. However, it was evident that no one had considered cleaning the night tables, bathroom mirrors, or even sweeping the floor during the room renovation process. Dust had accumulated on these surfaces, detracting from the otherwise fresh appearance of the rooms.

We did the Check in at 7 pm at room was not available after 45 min after... Dirty Towells on the room. Persons on the hotel all cain.

Clean, so sparkling! The food is incredible! The employees of this hotel are amazing. I have never had a better stay in any hotel then I have at the Crowne Plaza, Monterrey Mexico. They made me feel so welcome, relaxed, and spoiled. I go to Monterey quite a bit. I’m never staying anywhere else! Good job manager, and all employees!!❤️

Breakfast as always was great, kids were excited to swim but pool was out of service until February. Would be nice if they would make a note of that before booking

The hotel is great, excelente location, the food at the restaurant is delicious.
The only thing is the waiting line at the restaurant is to slow and they don't give fast pass to the guest at hotel with the breakfast already paid.

When I travel to Monterrey, I chose the Crown Plaza Monterrey Centro because it is conveniently located and a short walk from el barrio antiguo, the museums, and other sites such as San Pedro, and other sites.

Property was old and not maintained. Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors conversation as if they are in the room with you. Mold near air vents. Small cockroach came out of coffee maker. Showers are faulty and leak. Room service trays are left in the hallway for more than 24 hours. After our 5 night stay we would not return. The only positive was the location and the doorman was very nice and helpful. They have blocked off the first three floors for remodeling so hopefully changes will be an improvement.
