The room was good. There was just no room service to exchange towels even though they let the note on the door saying the room is cleaned and sanitized when I came back to room. There was no change in the room.

The Staff was Excellent from the moment that we called to find the parking, checking in all the way to Check Out! The room accommodations were quite comfortable. The Only 2 BIG NEGATIVES were getting woke up every morning from the people who were on STRIKE @ the Hilton Waikiki across the way and it took 45 minutes to get our food from IHOP downstairs, but we knew that the hotel had NOTHING to do with both of these things, just wish were were offered another room so we didn't have to hear the picketers waking us up so darn early in the morning.

Arrived into HNL on the morning of the 5th, but our connecting flight didn't leave until 10pm on the 6th, so we wanted to book 2 nights somewhere for our 1.5 days in Hawaii. Our main thing was to get rid of our jet lag, but also be able to walk around, and to the beach since we had a bit of time. Aqua Palm ended up being the perfect spot for us. It's about 1/2 mile from central Waikiki, but definitely walkable. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family of 4, plus 4 luggages. Staff was friendly, and we were very happy and lucky to be able to check in a little earlier. And the price was reasonable too!

Great location. The bus stops out the front door to go to the shopping centre. The restaurant next door called ihop has excellent food and is open for breakfast,lunch and Dinner. The discount card was a bonus. The staff were all friendly.

You are nearby many restaurants or locations that have resturants like Ala Moana which walking distance from the hotel, so very convenient. The room itself is very clean and has your basic needs in them, the beds are not too soft or hard, so i slept pretty well on them.

Price and conditions are match . I drove Chevy Malibu parking are good side for Hawaii downtown area . $40 for the whole day and night in and out with room key .. I don’t have any complaints for that

We booked this room for a night and it was a good room for the price. The staff we interacted with were nice and very helpful. There are plenty of food options near by, you have the Gangnam Style Waikiki next door and plenty of restaurants across the street at the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Walk through the Hilton resort and you’re right there at the Hilton Lagoon and beach.

When we arrived they informed us cleaning was going to be every other day and yet this was not the case. I had to inform the staff continuously that our rooms were not cleaned as they said they would. Was very inconvenient. On our last day we also saw a very horrific sight outside the pool area and wished the hotel would of handled the situation more appropriately.

The location was convenient. Although the hotel had advertised that it has been recently renovated, the room we got was very old and shabby. The shower in the bathroom was very old and dirty. No balcony although the a balcony was advertised in expedia. The Gym was not good. Two shabby exercise equipment which were always occupied. The personnel at the front desk and housekeeping were extremely nice, polite and courteous.

I was very nervous about booking this property because the cost seemed so much more reasonable than any of the others I’d seen. The staff was so friendly, and the room was very clean. It’s not oceanfront, but only a couple blocks from the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

Parking is extremely tight and expensive but your in hawaii so guess no choice. Overall hotel is in oerfect arra walkable to beach and can just cross street into hilton village and do some shopping and dinning.
