Huge, comfortable room. Mattress was great. Everything was perfect.

Beds were good, but I asked for a King and got two beds. The bathroom needs ventilation so the stuff doesn’t rust and the shower door is open so water damages the back of the door. The maid knocked on my door at 8am and checkout is 12. Have a dang list of who is checked out start on those rooms first. Sorry I didn’t put out the do not disturb sign.

It was a clean, well stocked, and quiet stay. My only issue is the curtains don't close. So privacy was limited and the street lights shined in the room all night.

We travel to Greensboro every year, and this is where we choose to stay. It’s close to the Greensboro Colosseum and within walking distance to food. It’s super convenient all the way around for us.

This property was family oriented/friendly. I would definitely recommend this property for family with kids. The pool goes to 8 feet.

I stayed here some years ago, around 2013/2014. The hotel then was great, clean and up to date. Now in 2024 it doesn't seem as if the hotel has been upkept in the rooms to a high regard. Seems out of day, poor yellow lighting, and outdated carpet. I won't stay here again until it's been updated.

My wife and I stayed in a suite it was a nice and quiet we would stay there again. The front parking is small but there is more in the bach.

This property is easy to access off the highway and was centrally located for the universities. The front desk staff is fantastic.

Staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to rectify any issues. The property is in a good area for restaurants and mall shopping. Our room was okay. Issues were hair in the bathroom and on one of the towels. The pool filter wasn't turned on so we couldnt use the pool freely. In a heatwave, not ideal. All in all it is one of the better affordable 3-star hotels you're going to find.

GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE CLEAN WAS GIVEN WRONG INFORMATION ABOUT THE BREAKFAST BEING INCLUDED WITH STAY AND DIDNT LIKE THAT I WAS PERPARED TO PAY ONE PRICE FOR STAY THEN HAD TO PAY $71 MORE THAT I WOULD GET BACK ON MY CARD AT CHECKOUT AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED MY $71 YET

We were very pleased with our stay. We especially liked the size of our room. The beds were extremely comfortable. We rested very well, waking refreshed and ready to continue on our trip. Highly recommend this location.

Staff were wonderful and accommodating. Enjoyed the breakfast very much. When I asked no one was able to tell me where the handicapped parking was. I finally found it to the left of the front entrance in a lot ACROSS THE STREET. The shower had little to no water pressure. I would stay here again.

They were able to accommodate me last minute hours before check in after I called frantically explaining my situation. Super thankful because that led me to having a WONDERFUL stay! Staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The area was great - plenty of food and shopping options within a walkable radius or quick drive. Will definitely come back!

The room was clean, well stocked with towel’s and complimentary supplies. What I enjoyed with exceptional gratitude was how quiet our room was. I will most definitely book with their hotel again due to its amazing staff. No matter if it were an extra towel needed or a garbage bag, from check in to check out they were exceptional.
