Give me back My money, broken Pipe in the room

The location was great staff was great. But, basic services not great. Only bath towels were proved. No bath mats, wash cloths, or hand towels. The internet was not working at all. Shower was leaking and so was sink.

Not clean at all

First impressions of the reception area doesn’t paint the true picture. We had to ask for an immediate room change on arrival as our allocated room had a strong smell of drains, pillows with blood stains and dust build up suggesting it hadn’t been used for a while or deep cleaned. To be fair the staff were great and changed us immediately. Apart from the reception and breakfast hall the hotel is tired and in need of a make over. The pool is far too small for a big hotel and the condition of it and its facilities in need of upgrading. On the positive side the breakfast buffet was fine, however it seemed that when the Cintermex opposite has big events it becomes very busy and the staff were struggling to keep up with the demand for cutlery, crockery and general service. The park Fundidora is directly opposite and that makes the location great for morning walks and the boat ferry into town on the waterway. The hotel has no bar or evening restaurant facilities and it might be the case that these were under renovation as there was an area sectioned off from the main reception area. There are a number of fast food chain restaurants nearby but very few of any quality without having to travel into town. For us attending an event at Cintermex it was convenient, but too many dated features and the bland nature of the rooms means it is only 3* at best .

The location of the hotel is perfect and the lobby is nice. My issue was with the room; my wife wanted to take a shower, and the shower did not work. We called the reception for help, and they sent an employee to check the problem. The employee could not fix it, and a second employee came to help, but the issue remained the same. They told the reception that we needed a new room, and supposedly the manager was aware of the issue and they were going to change our room. We literally waited for 30 minutes, and no one came for us. We had to wait in the room while they tried to fix it. We even told the employees to call again because no one was coming for us. I got tired of waiting and went to the reception to ask for help myself. To my surprise, when I told the reception desk, they were not even aware of our situation and they just kept telling us to wait. The issue was that we needed to get changed for our business meeting. So after waiting for another 15 minutes for the reception to finally talk to me, they basically were not aware of the situation and were not doing anything; they were just blaming each other. I had enough, and I had to raise my voice and ask for a room. Unfortunately, that was the only way they finally did something for my wife and me. After all that, we finally got a new room and we were able to change. The hotel is in a nice location, but experiences like this don't help your business. I would recommend working on your communication structure.

Noisy Air Conditioning

It’s in a good area with easy acces to transportation, And it’s right in front of a very famous park of the city

Hotel is ok and rooms anymore quite nice and comfortable. But I had a water leak from air conditinloning reported but not repaired. Cleaningless, not enough. Breakfast medium level but bad service

Nice hotel with a couple of quirks. They have no kleenex and no bath mat. The bed was really comfortable, the best in a long time. No fridge in the room. Shower was large and nice. Fundidora Park is across the street.

Staff was polite and tried to help but the condition of the hotel was terrible, we had 2 rooms, one of them the AC did not work properly and there was a banging sound coming from the unit, the second one the AC work as intended but after the first night condensation from the unit started to come out from the wall there was a big puddle of water in the room all the way to the aisle carpet. They finally moved us out at midnight but the new room had a shower drainage problem as well. At the end we stayed on that room since we were leaving the next morning but the hotel needs lots of maintenance.

it was a good weekend

The staff here are amazing. Everyone was super friendly and super helpful. I had a number of issues related to coming from the US and they helped me troubleshoot these and then some. The breakfast buffet was awesome.

Not clear all around

This hotel shows wear. Walls need painting as they show the accumulation of aging dirt. I selected a room with a seating room, but the looks of this room was not inviting. The bed was comfortable. I requested a laundry bag by phone and at the front desk to have shirts dry-cleaned but the bag was not provided. Very noisy AC unit. A convenient location for the business activity I had, but next time, I will choose a different hotel.

Cigarrete smell at the room entrance but not where the beds were

I'm not very picky about customer service, I just need you to give me the room and you're done. But if the rooms are not ready for check-in time, then what can I expect? Followed by the lack of explanation of the facilities and the structure of the place, they really lack staff or do not know how to attend to you.

The drain was full on the sink and shower all the time plus I don’t like the cleaning of the room

Had a short but great stay. Fundidora park being connected with to the hotel by bridge was really good.

The hotel location is great for me and that is why I choose this property. I recommend more attention to detail in the bathrooms, mold on the corners and remote control not working properly.
