Everything in room was like brand new - excellent quality and super convenient to shops restaurants but far enough from all the noisier areas. Super easy access to subways to and from airport and the rest of the city!

No complaints excellent facility

There was a horrible noise that happened most of the night in my original room, 1019. Could not sleep. A man came up and said that it was the HVAC and they had been working on it for years...told me if I turned off the HVAC it would quit happening, which it did. At the desk the nest5 morning I asked if was to choose between sleep and HVAC and they moved me to a nice room. I wanted to ask for a refund for 2 sleepless nights but didn't...too much trouble. I wish they had offered. This is a nice place...why would they put people in a room knowingly that would be a horrible place. No cluse..I will stay there again but make sure I am nowhere near the room they gave me at first. The review would be excellent if not for that ridiculous incident. Nice people, nice rooms, nice housekeeping...all good if they don't knowing put people in a room in which it is impossible to sleep.

A long weekend as a couple to browse key NYC sights. A central place next to Grand Central was great - access to subway and walking distance from Broadway and many key sights. Offered really good value for moey

Great stay, comfortable room, quant Tudor style. Excellent bar for a late night drink. I loved it. Until I went to brush my teeth and turned on the water. After about 10 seconds, and while I was in the midst of brushing, brown water came out. I reported it and they gave me a $40 credit for the convenience fee they charged me. I was expecting a bit more for the unsettling experience. If it weren't for that issue, it would have been a 5 star review.

We had a Luxe King room...room was small..just a chair with desk.that butted up to back of bed. Bed was comfortable and everything was really clean..people working there were really nice and professional and very attentive....i would recommend and would come back

The hotel is pretty good the WiFi in the room was terrible. I needed to go out of the room near the elevator to connect.

Smoke alarm blinked all night. Was put in a room next to night road construction. 40 per night “resort fee” for bottled water you don’t need and a few communal newspapers is outrageous and not eco friendly (re plastic bottles of water)

We enjoyed our stay. They gave us the wrong room initially at check in but they quickly corrected it to the correct room type. Location is quiet and a little off the beaten path. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay again!

Hotel is small but nice. Full bar and coffee with breakfast take aways were good. Staff was super helpful. Only problem was paper thin walls. We were immediately offered a new room because of noise. There is a resort fee, for what I don’t know, lol.

Total disappointment. Stayed four days on my honeymoon. As soon as I checked in, I was told I had to pay $165 extra resort fee. On our second night the AC exploded(Literally), 2am, we had to change rooms. Besides this nightmare, my honeymoon awesome.

Murphy bed uncomfortable, dusty room

Expensive, unexceptional, nice size room, filthy windows, too much light enters room at night, desultory food offering, too much plastic everywhere.

Everthing about our stay was a fault on hotel.com. the room descriptions are very deceiving, we got a 1 bedroom king luxe suite. What this means is a room with a bed and sofa bed, no separate bedroom.

Room was bigger than most nyc hotels. But there was a lot of noise from slamming doors, something pounding off and on. Bathroom lighting was awesome however.

The was fantastic. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I only wish they had microwaves in every room.

This hotel was perfect for our group and I would stay again for sure! Staff were so friendly and helpful we felt right at home.

The room was very small but for short trip it was ok. On the plus side, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

It was just ok. We were never asked if we enjoyed our stay etc upon check out. It’s not a luxury hotel, there’s no friendly customer service, just polite basic interactions serving the bare minimum. The room was ok, very clean. The shower needs replacing, the hotel seemed very transient and soulless.

Generally nice hotel, clean and polite staff. Gym is small but functional. Best thing is location in midtown and within walking distance of grand central st, and local tourist hot spots.

We had NO internet for a full, and when they were trying to fix the internet they set of the fire alarm at 1am so that sucked and woke us up.

Great experience from the beginning until the end of our stay.
