The only problem we had in the room was the toilet sat too low to the ground. Difficult to get up. Everything else was great!!

The manager was extraordinarily kind. I had a stroke earlier this year and need a cane, so she directed me to my room, carrying a bag, opened the door and got me settled in before leaving. Really over and above!

Very friendly staff every time I encountered anyone. Easy and quick check in and check out. Good breakfast and room was exceptional for the price point. Location is ideal for anyone wanting to shuttle into an Auburn football game.

The hotel was up to date. Beautiful, clean bedding. Bathroom and whole room were spotless. Check in was super easy and check out, we just left our key in a box.

The room and hotel was fine. We accidentally forgot something of value to us in the room. we call the hotel twice and spoke with 2 different employees. Both said they need to speak with housekeeping and would call us back. Noone ever called us back. As we would be traveling back by the hotel we wanted to pick it up on our way back by. Very disappointing.....hope whomever enjoyed. Disappointed in Hampton.

The TV was having problems, very little stations, I was told it was a software problem. If I had known I may not have checked in. The sink was blocked and took a long time to drain.

This is a great property that is close to the major highways,stores,and restaurants. They have ample parking and a nice breakfast. The staff is very friendly & helpful. I recommend this location to anyone that's looking for a nice hotel in Auburn,Alabama. It was only about 20 minutes to get to Tuskegee.

Bathroom floors were very dirty. I used a white towel to dry the floor after my shower. The towel was dirty after drying the floor with it. It was very obvious the floors had not been mopped in a while.

We were traveling and decided to stop here, the lady at the front desk was very accommodating and nice. The room was able to sleep my whole family comfortably and it was very spacious.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn, and it was horrible! I was surprised that the Hampton Inn fell under the same umbrella. The customer service was wonderful, and the hotel was neat and clean! I wish that I had all their names, so that I could give them kudos. They were working the day shift on Friday July 19, 2024. Great job!

Mary who checked us in was very professional and friendly. Room was comfortable and breakfast provided enough options. Carpet could use a good deep clean and bed springs were noisy but the one night served our purpose. No shower cap in room but I always travel with one.

The beds were very comfortable, and overall, my room was clean, but when we walked in, you could tell that the floor had not been vacuumed and they were not clean

The bathroom in our room was jot clean. I left amthe do not disturb sign off the door a three days and the cleaning staff did not clean or leave clean towels. I went to the front desk and waited over 30 minutes. No staff greeted guests at the front reception after 30 minutes. I called the front desk to get clean towels and no one answered. I will not return and have several trips to Auburn planned in the next four years.

Generally I choose Hampton for comfortable beds and cleanliness. Unfortunately the beds were worn and the bathroom had mold on the ceiling and in the shower. The carpet needed a deep cleaning too.

Was caught off guard a couple of times by the staff. Once when the maintenance guy just came in without knocking or announcing his arrival, to work on an a/c unit. Good thing we were decent or he might have been caught off guard! lol! The other time was when housekeeping came by before it was time to be checked out and my little girl didn’t say anything when she knocked and announced herself so she came in but apologized and backed out! Other than that it was a peaceful place to lay our heads!

My daughter stayed here in route from a medical procedure. The property insisted that her reservation was not valid, even though she shared reservation documentation that it was. I was on the phone with Expedia for nearly an hour while they begged the property to allow her to stay there while I had already paid in advance. There were times where I thought I would lose payment & would have to book my daughter a room elsewhere, but Expedia stuck it out & worked through the issue. Expedia was amazing, while the hotel was not. In the end she was able to stay there. I’m grateful to the hotel & especially grateful to Expedia for that. Please do yourself a favor & do not book third party through this hotel. Otherwise, they were a great place to stay.

Very convenient to I-85 and town of Auburn! Breakfast choices were awesome! Refrigerator in room was broken. Room was clean and bed very comfy! Loved our stay!

This was a very convenient stop for us. The breakfast was great. The only comment is that the carpet was wet around the A/C. We mentioned it to housekeeping and hope it is attended to for the next guests.
