Really enjoyed our stay, great for kids.

This hotel was booked due to the advertised facilities and due to attending a gig nearby. The hotel is superbly situated, and our welcome was warm and friendly. The room and pool were great and the food good, also. Highly recommended

Lovely bright room and love that we were able to book a room with 2 double beds so me and my friends could all stay together. Great air con in the room as well so we werent too hot. Great breakfast also included in our stay with a massive variety of food on offer. Hotel also has a pool which is great.

Great location for what we needed, clean and spacious room, bathroom modern but needed a bit of TLC, chipped paint on the door, shower not secure, plug didn’t work in the sink. Lamp shades seen better days, just little bits let it down. Tv small for size of the room, plenty of hangers, comfy beds, rooms not very sound proof, lots of noise from the corridor heard through most of the night. Friendly staff. Pool facilities good, bar open late, breakfast very good and fresh. For the price, I can’t complain. Id just say a few improvements would go a long way!

One staff member was great and couldn’t do enough to help, and all staff were polite and friendly. However several mistakes were made - we were checked out before we had left meaning housekeeping interrupted us several times, we were told the wrong time for breakfast meaning we missed it, the room service took far too long and when it came had errors (though in fairness to them they refunded the tray charge). Room was grotty, lots of dust and dead spiders. We pre-booked the pool as instructed but there was no staff there to let us in, and the area we were allowed to swim in was one lane, which we shared with 5 other people. The rest of the pool had 2 people. We booked this place in part because of the pool so it was a real disappointment to our daughter. Food was very low quality. Good amount of towels and nice grounds, lots of parking.

Easy check in and check out, friendly staff and nice breakfast

Seemed really well staffed who were attentive and polite. Rooms are exactly what you would expect from a holiday inn - clean, functional and everything works. Breakfast always saves the day at holiday inn - super choice and replenished frequently.

No lift to upper floors, you had to pull luggages up and down the stairs Manager and staff rude and obnoxious Expedia market as 4 star hotel, definitely not the case

Lovely staff, decent brekkie, fab gym and I enjoyed the pool. No complaints here…far from it. Cant wait to stay again.

Cleat but basic room, bed was uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic and missing several items, it closes at 9:30am prompt on a Friday. The pool was nice but not very big.

We had a short stay at the hotel and the staff at the desk were very helpful, in offering assistance to take our suitcases to the room, as there was no lift and had to use the stairs to get to our room. Overall, the room was clean and the stay was enjoyable.

All staff that we met were super friendly and helpful. We had a one night stay as were going to a wedding at a nearby venue. Check in lady, check out lady, and breakfast lady, all very friendly, would not hesitate to recommend this hotel, and breakfast was delicious too, plenty of choices and everything replenished frequently.

checked in and proceeded to go to my room and i walked into my room i found there was a girl already in my room, who was deeply upset by this. All the reception staff said was sorry. To make matters worse upon checkout i was asked to pay for my room even though i had pre paid

Very good stay for the price, comfortable bed, good breakfast, clean room.

Hotel was ok.. carpark was quite far from reception and with cases and stuff difficult. Asked for accessible room as i have a slight disability but was disappointed very tatty ..curtains ripped and bed paintwork..bathroom musty smell.. bath very hard to gain access into. Very noisy placement of room Overall pleasant stay but could of been better .

Well presented hotel, beautiful grounds, excellent service n facilities, swimming pool. Clean food A1, would deffo go back n recommend. Loved my stay. Staff brilliant.

No lift to the upper floor, not mentioned or if it was not prominently enough. My partner has mobility issues and two flights of stairs is painful and very inconvenient!

Staff really friendly a mix of business users and locals give atmosphere to what could otherwise be a soulless hotel . Food was good value for money and pleasant

Absolutely lovely stay! Stayed for a weekend for a conference for my daughter’s rare genetic syndrome! Along with almost 100 others. The staff were very attentive, friendly, accommodating. The venue was excellent, pool great, food delicious and rooms perfect! Would definitely stay again! Xx

Very friendly staff but reality and website didn't quite tie up. Menu items were different -from website menu, breakfast was not very inspiring - continental breakfast items were not replenished so no ham or sausage, few pastries. The drinks on menus were not available in reality, restaurant and lobby bar were somewhat chilly.

Great location for our golf trip with easy access to motorways. Nice clean and very friendly hotel with competent staff and very good customer service along with great room, facilities like pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Excellent breakfast and great value for money.

Good value with the facilities pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, check in at 2pm check out at midday you get to enjoy the facilities twice after youve enjoyed a great breakfast. Well be back soon enough :-)
