I was just looking for a place to sleep for the night. Nothing available for breakfast on-site in in the morning was a minor inconvenience.

This hotel is very dirty and unsafe. There were drug dealers and user in the parking lot and occupying hotel rooms. People were hanging out in the balcony and parking. My husband and I witnessed a drug transaction in the parking lot before we entered the lobby. We tried to cancel the reservation and was told we won’t get a refund. So we preceded to complete the checking in process. However we DID NOT step foot in the actual hotel room. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to any one.

The place is trash . Bathroom covered in mold. They rent the rooms as queen bed rooms and lied. Those are full size beds. Sheets covered in burnt holes. No cable antenna tv. Room smells like an old attic moth balls .

The front desk staff was kind of rude. Not very personable.
Fire detector was not hooked up in the room and kept beeping on the table, then would just go off randomly. Burn marks everywhere- toilet, beds, box springs. Stains on box springs. holes in walls that were partially patched. bathroom door looked like someone urinated on it and then threw a coffee on it.
Almost like the maintenance guy came into the room, started a bunch of projects and then just left.

This was the nastiest place I’ve ever stayed. We came two hours away to see a concert and everyone around tripled their nightly rates. But, this place was so gross. There was mold all over the bathroom, the carpet was sticky, moist, we had mice in the room, so apparently the rodent repellent in the outlet isn’t working, and my favorite part was the cockroach I saw. This location should not be open it should be condemned.

It wasn't super clean, and every part of it was super beat up, including cigarette burns in the chair of my non smoking room. The main thing for me though is I felt super unsafe. The door to my room didn't technically close properly, the bottom stuck out at an angle. The privacy latch was super loose, and the door frame had been fixed in places I believe, which added looseness. As someone traveling alone, I barely slept. It was super noisy too, although arguably that isn't the motel's fault.

Room was unclean and outdated. Light switch did not turn on the light for the bedroom. A guy was sleeping in his car in the parking lot. I did not feel safe while there. Spend the extra $50 and stay somewhere else

I guess there's a market for a hotel like this but not with anyone you like. Carpet held together by duct tape, cigarette burns in a non-smoking room, noisy people running and screaming profanities. I walked in the door to the room and walked out

Stained sheets, no towels, TV didn’t work, lamps didn’t work, bathroom door didn’t close, and burn marks on chair and spackle all over the walls. Also felt unsafe. My sister was approached by a man to come to his room as she left our room.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed. The check in took over 45 minutes. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The room was in terrible condition. There was a official legal notice at the check in alerting customers about illegal activities.

This was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Because of a late check-in, they did not want to honor my reservations due to weather they had to move me to three different rooms because the doors look like they had been broken in with a crowbar, two of them did not lock, cigarette burns were all over the carpet, mattresses and blankets even though we asked for rooms that had no smoking. There was mold and urine all over the floor. No toiletries and no toilet paper were available. The staff was completely incompetent and made me feel as if I was an idiot Took 2 1/2 hours to check in and multiple calls to Expedia. Would never recommend this to my worst enemy.

I did not bother to check in. I ask for Southington, CT. but without realizing that the place is located in Hertford, one ofthe most dangerous areas in Hartford. I did not feel safe for my life or my prop.

This hotel is disgusting! We went to Hartford for a concert and this was the closest place. We checked in and checked out 3 hours later it was so disturbing. See attached pictures

Stayed here for a show. All the reviews about blood stained sheets and cigarette burns are true. Only redeeming quality was that thankfully I didn't end up with bed bugs.

Person at the check in did not great me , check in was very slow, I was not provided with instruction on how to get to my room. Carpet in the room was dirty , there was food on the carpet , bad odor , Hair in bathtub and zinc, holes on the sheets . Dust on furniture. Horrible . I’m sorry but 0 out of 10.

There were cigarette burn holes in the sheets, pillows were completely flat, no stopper on the tub for a bath, woken up multiple times in the night due to the noise outside. Person at the desk was nice, even after the 3 people in front of me berated him through their entire interaction. Not in the best area but served the purpose of a place to sleep for the night.

Bad idea to go here taxi took 5 hrs to get to me
Then no breakfast and bad environment. Dirty and loud and then people getting high on the property and staff not very friendly. I wasn’t able to check in until 6 pm which I am not happy so bad experience want a refund.

It was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The rooms was disgusting and smelled of mold and mildew. The covers and carpet had cigarettes burn in them. Omg the carpet was disgusting.The curtains was barely hanging up and I don't know if these people were on drugs but they was walking around like zombies. A guy even asked me did I have any "candy". I have being in the Bronx and worse setting than that and I was never robbed, someone open my room door when I was out and stole my bag pack with my passport and all my important documents, keys, money cards ect. I am asking anyone that can help please make me get my passport and travel document please, I don't care about the money, phone, clothing or even the keys or cards just my documents that ID me and please take that destination off hotel com that place in highly not recommended for upstanding person 🙏
