Great breakfast buffet. Perhaps the nicest staff of any hotel I have stayed in. Underground parking a big plus for us. Zacatecas is beautiful. Would stay here again.

This is like the old Vegas hotels, buses in , buses out , the service was great and they were always nice ,what really impressed me was the next morning breakfast (inclusive) , a first class buffet that took away any doubts about staying here, bed was good but the a/c was too noisy for me . A short walk to the main plaza from here.

Overall a great exoerience. Breakfast makes it all Worth it. Service was Amazing . Gustavo (front desk)went far and beyond ,very nice and patient.
I will definitely come back soon. It is located walking distance to downtown. Bus station to sombrerete and other historical places is located next door behind OXXO. Can't wait to come back.

The bed was really nice and comfortable. The TV was very old and grainy.

Staff upon arrival was great but the room did not have a heater nor was there hot water in the morning to shower, when I checked out, I told the staff and I did not even get a SORRY.

Very friendly and accommodating hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms. A little worn. Our second room was nicer than the first room. Close to the historic center, so walking:sightseeing was very easy. Safe. Kid friendly, do I would highly recommend this hotel for families. Good buffet meals that can be included in the cost of the room.

i loved this hotel the room was big and spacious and very close to everything. We walked everywhere it was inly a 3 min walk from historic center. Very polite staff as well

It was the most worst day, the water was cold not warm , heater was all the way up and it was cold still , they didn't say the Restaraunt closes at 3 pm, until I ordered food at 7 and that's when I found out, I was very dessapointed, I will never stay there again!!! I rather sleep in a car!!!!!

At the first they take 2 hours to give us the room.
The room was dirty, bathroom non cleaned, there was the trash from the last visitors, the pillows have hair from someone else (I think they didn't change the sheets.
Also the remote doesn't works, as they didn't register my room with breakfast included, it takes over an hour to get the breakfast ticket.

This hotel is used by the Federal Police and all the hotel from the first to the fourth floor are with Federal Police.
In the entrance of the hotel are 2 armed policemans and one unit, if you like to sleep with the Police...
