We had booked a suite, but had learned upon check in that we could not have our pet with us in those rooms and that we had to change room to a 1st floor double bed room. I would recommend to add that info somewhere on the website for clarification of the pet friendly policy. The toilet in our room did not work well. It barely flushed and kept cycling the bowl water. It wasn't clogged, it seemed like a lack of water and/or pressure from the tank to actually flush the toilet. Beds were a little stiff. Staff was welcoming and friendly. When I found out we couldn't rent the suite and were moved to a 2bed room, they did not charge us for the pet fee so that accommodation is worth noting. We had kids with us as well and they enjoyed the pool. There were other families in there swimming. The location worked well as far as eating out. Within a 10-15min area one had many restaurant options. They have full shampoo/conditioner/body wash/lotion pumps on the wall so you dont have to worry about packing your own which was a plus. All in all it served it's purpose, it was clean, and we were able to bring our dog.

It was ok for a night stay. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Bed was ok the tin bed frame it sat on kept popping overtime we would get up.

We weren’t sure about this hotel because of the rating but this is a perfect example of the rating not being right… The lady who checked us in was very friendly and gave us a better room than I chose on Hotels.com. We were right by the pool. The room looked like it had just been renovated but they said it was done a year and half ago. Couldn’t tell. Everything looked new and clean. TV was a bit small, not a lot of water pressure coming out of shower but it was super hot and I loved it. They have great soaps and shampoos attached to the wall of the shower. Love that. The pool was super clean and had plenty of chairs and tables all around. We didn’t eat the breakfast but they do have one. We will definitely stay here again.

We were only there as a stop while moving quite rooms and nice room and as good for a 4 hour nap

Very nice, staff was very pleasent. Easy to get to. Interent was a bit spotty.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There were some water spots on the ceiling and a few other things that could use updating but it looked like they were in the process of making it really nice. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

We like the options for food near by and that it was right off of 35w.

Staff was great but even though a remodel was done the room still had some issues that need addressing.

This was a last minute check in due to my child’s track meet and everything else was booked For what we paid for and the stay I pray I never have to use this place again

Amazing stay close to the highway where I need to go. Food was in walking distance of the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, loved, loved, loved the pancakes. Push of a button and watched them make and fall right onto my plate. Everyone was very nice, if ever in Temple will stay at the La Quinta Wyndham again. I highly recommend.

The property is clean, neat, taken care of, felt safe, and breakfast was good and typical of continental. Just remember that it is not brand new and the door to the room is not inside a corridor. Staff was attentive.

Room smelled like smoke so as you walked in. I’m allergic to cigarette smoke. Doors weee very janky where it didn’t feel safe and secure. Well plugs didn’t work for usb charging capability, c-usb worked but not the other usb plug. Room was nice though.

I chose this hotel because their rooms were pictured with hard wood floors. This is important to me because I have allergies. I arrived around midnight and check in was quick enough but when I got to the room, it was a room with double beds, instead of a king bed and it had thick old carpet. I called the front desk but they explained that they didn't have my room available because they let someone extend their stay, after I had already paid for the room. The room smelled musty and moldy. I woke up w a sore throat, wheezing because of my asthma and will never stay here again.
