Convenient location, staff was awesome and always friendly. Staff was quick to remedy any issues that arose.

The hotel is in a great location, lots of complimentary amenities…Even though my stay was only for one night, I arrived a bit early around 2pm. Upon checking in, I was told my room wouldn’t be ready until closer to 3:30pm (check-in is 4pm). I just wanted to be able to use the pool while I waited for my room to be ready, but the man who checked me in seemed a bit put off since I didn’t have a key card yet and he would have to let me in. So instead, he told me I could go use the complimentary bikes and take a ride down to the pier or have a drink from their self pour area. Some of the options didn’t work, so I ended up just having sparkling wine. Around 4pm, I still didn’t receive a text/call and was told by another front desk employee that room will be ready soon. So I went to do a quick bike ride down the pier. Came back around 4:35pm, and waited in line to check in finally. Still never got a call/text. I wasn’t able to get into my room until around 5pm! At that point, I just wanted to shower and enjoy the sunset. No point in using the pool as the sun went down at 6:15pm.…granted it was a busy Saturday and I was only able to stay one night, I still feel very disappointed in the whole checking in process.

Was in town for a 40Th high school reunion. It was the perfect choice to spend the night after the event

The hotel & marina was nice. The room was comfortable. The view of the seals & pacific ocean was beautiful. But, you have to pay for everything, such as parking, either valet or by the day, its $40. No free breakfast, though it opened early for the guests, you still needed to pay. About $15 pp (No alcohol). Also, the hotel automatically charges for the lifestyle amenities, such as bikes, paddleboards, etc, even if you dont use them. This is why the overall score was 4 stars & not 5. Nice location, comfy rooms & service was excellent! Just be prepared to pay!

We had a great ocean view from our patio. The front desk staff was great. The valet attendance were polite. Only had a bad experience with housekeeping, the manager correted the situation in a quickly manner.

Great stay - was also upgraded to next level room which was lovely as I wanted a bigger window ( pity it was cloudy and misty ) Pool and spa was amazing and great staff - will be back Great position - easy walk to hermosa beach areas

My stay at this lovely resort was nothing short of incredible. From the moment I checked in, the friendly and professional staff made me feel right at home. The location was simply perfect, as it was within walking distance of several delicious restaurants, which made dining out a breeze. The room was clean, and offered stunning views of the surrounding area from the balcony. It was so relaxing to sip my morning coffee while enjoying the breathtaking scenery. What impressed me the most was the attention to detail throughout the resort. Every aspect of the property seemed to be thoughtfully designed with the guests' comfort in mind. The swimming pool area was well-maintained, and there were plenty of comfortable lounge chairs for guests to soak up the sun. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu, featuring dishes made with fresh ingredients. The quality of the meals was excellent, and the restaurant staff were attentive and efficient. Checkout was smooth and hassle-free, leaving me with a lasting positive impression of this wonderful resort. I can't wait to return to this fantastic establishment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing getaway!
