Staff was very welcoming and friendly! Loved the soap and shampoo options in the shower.

The facilities are okay, but the beds could have been more comfortable. There were a couple roaches/water bugs/palmetto bugs whatever you want to call them in our room. The lighting in the room is pretty dark and not many outlets, but the beds were clean. The room itself overall seemed clean besides the floor.

I liked my room because it had a balcony and wasnt too far from Downtown.

They told me I couldnt smoke cigarettes on the balcony which is stupid because its outside. better me smoking on the balcony then in the room. Right? Also if u park in the gate instead of the front you have to walk up the stairs to the second floor to get to the first floor from parking. Also the hotel has a smell like wet or mildewish, they also need better lighting in the rooms.

It was a clean hotel with nice rooms. Swimming pool was good and there also was a laundry room to use. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Breakfast could have had more options such as eggs or some fruits. Coffee was good. The hotel is close to a busy road and the area nearby is a bit restless. Our room was not close to the street so it didn’t matter. We felt safe.

The room was spacious .... having a table and 2 chairs helped a lot when wanting to rest and have a bite to eat in the room. The breakfast room was also very spacious.....room for everyone at a time....

Light in the room was minimal since there is only one small window.....breakfast room was always out of items.....NO FRUIT or Yogurt of any kind? Orange juice was frozen everyday? Only white bread? Cleaning Service in your room ONLY if REQUESTED, otherwise not part of the hotel. Could not get a final printout of my bill on the last day....??? (explained it was booked through a 3rd party Booking.com) How come I got my bills from my other accommodations booked the same way? "Ladies of the Night" are all along the road as you return home??? Coffee in the lobby .... no decaf option??? Couldn't find the Dolly to move out our luggage on final day???

I liked that it was in a great spot! very close to New Orleans for the price! staff was very kind and sweet, and made sure all of our things were taken care of

we got to our room, and the a/c did not work, but when I called the front desk he graciously moved us to another room and the a/c did work! did have a bit of a smell in the second room, but was tolerable.

The rooms were awesome and the beds was so comfortable.

I love the whole place only thing I had a issue with was the high speed humps my car wouldn't go over them.

The street walkers!! There were street walkers all around the hotel which wasn't a fun conversation to have with my 9yr old son. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Area not good, lots of ladies of the night and random people walking around at night on the street. Despite, place has good security, gated parking lot, which was good since we came from our cruise and had a lot of luggage in our SUV. Pool was closed, didn't bother with breakfast based on recent reviews.

Bathroom was clean. Beds clean and okay. Walls are super thin; we could hear two rooms down a woman saying she was going to beat the **** out of her toddler for knocking over some dirty clothes. Could hear every toilet flush, etc. Didn't get much sleep here. Carpet was the dirtiest I ever stepped on. Fresh out of the shower, after walking on the carpet a few steps to the bed my feet got black on the bottoms as did my family's. Gross. I got a clean towel and rubbed it once on the carpet once and it was dirty. Definitely bring extra socks or flip flops Lysol and headphones if you're staying here. Won't be returning.
