We traveled with our senior dog. We appreciated everything about the stay. We booked a premium room. We loved the location of the hotel, service, breakfast, parking, helpful and professional staff, size of the room. Everything was perfect. Thank you. We will be staying there again.

Water came into bathroom through light fixture. They came in and cleaned up. Would not move us into different room. Next night, same thing. Would not move us till the next day. The cleaning person was not cleaning. More like going through motion to look like something was done. Stepped on a piece of brown glass by the sink. Vacuumed ? Was not a good stay.

My stay was perfect. I slept like a baby warm and comfy. Breakfast was delightful and Tasty. The room was well designed and comfortable.

The staff were amazing from entering the hotel to departure. The dining was excellent even though we only stayed overnight and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Our room was modern and very clean. We will definitely be going back!

Absolutely wonderful, I was In a world champion disc golf tournament and decided to just make a vacation out of it since I’ve never been to Massachusetts before! My room was basically a studio apartment with every necessity you could ask for plus the complimentary breakfast that helped me tremendously before I hit the course!
Perfect location since I drove, Boston wasn’t too far at all, Leicester wasn’t far all. Just the between luxury. The staff were very polite, even when I showed up to check in at almost 2:00 am. It’s almost like she knew I was a zombie after the adventure I went through to get there.

Always appreciate the arrangement of the space and location of bathroom sink where it can be used if bathroom is occupied. Having the TV and sofa in a separate space is so helpful for family members who have different sleep schedules.

Not a good stay. Beds were horrible and the toilet is so low it hurt our backs. We are in pain from a terrible sleep. If you are a senior I would think twice before staying here.

Our stay at Embassy Suites was wonderful (I am Nina) The room had been updated beautifully since our last visit before COVID. We appreciated the separate living room and television, as well as the microwave for heating food for our dog, Dunphy.
The atrium area has been converted into a restaurant and living room area, where we enjoyed a delicious dinner at Stone 31. The hotel's location is excellent, with many nearby restaurants, a supermarket, and the Apex Entertainment center. Breakfast was great, with a variety of hot and cold food, including a cook-to-order egg station. Our morning waitress, Supark, was excellent. Christ, the manager, was amazing . He helped me with check-in. He even provided a food bowl for Dunphy when I forgot mine. His dedication to his work was evident when he helped serve food and clear tables during my dinner at Stone 31. Embassy Suites is lucky to have him. The small swimming pool was a nice touch.

we stay one night , the hotel was beautiful and clean , but we have trouble checking in and the lady at the front desk was not nice , she said they have no room for me but we booked and i have the proof on my phone , so the manager came and she found us a room and she was really nice

I absolutely love love this place it's absolutely amazing there is nothing I didn't like well except guest there are kinda rude but other then that my son loved having is 12th birthday there and he wants go go back next year wonderful hotel

Good place for travelers. Many different food options around, even had its own restaurant inside that’s delivers. Staff was friendly & informative. Clean rooms, amazing central air, & rooms were spacious. Only thing I can say that was a X in my book is that they didn’t offer any extra towels or silverware in a suite. Had a three day stay n nobody really checked in on us. So if you’re introvert, this is more than likely a good hotel for you.

Great location with plenty of options if you want to eat outside of the hotel or catch a movie. Staff is absolutely fantastic!! Loved the complementary breakfast and evening snacks.
My only complaint is the room layout. The bathroom opens directly into the bedroom with the bathroom vanity located in the bedroom. It caused some problems with teens trying to sleep while mom and dad were trying to get ready. It was just an overnight stay so only a minor annoyance in our case. Overall, good hotel.

We had a problem with the AC in our room making loud noise and they moved us to another room the next day.

Great rooms, very clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was amazing! We had made to order omelettes with fresh ingredients that were so delicious! I will definitely stay at an embassy suites again.

Great hotel! Staff very friendly. The room was very comfortable. My only suggestion would be to fix the inside doors in our room. They stuck or were super noisy while opening. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great free breakfast and evening snacks. Great spaces in the hotel to eat and relax. Close to restaurants, stores and entertainment. Good laundry area. Easy to get to Boston and Gillette stadium. Deep at front desk was very helpful and friendly. The suites are so nice for a family

My bf and our twins age 2 stayed a night while we were in town for a baseball tournament. The hotel was clean and welcoming. Everyone was very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful. Located within walking distance of food and shopping, it was the perfect choice for what we were looking for. The room was spacious and affordable, the staff was friendly & the pool area although a bit crowded was welcoming & everyone was friendly. Also our twins thought the glass elevator that looked out over the hotels restaurant was the best part. We will def consider this hotel
Again if we are back in this part of town!
