Dry off tiles are the hand dry tiles and it was trash under the beds and no drawers for the dresser but the heat did kick out

Overall experience was ok! Check in was easy a $50 cash deposit was needed and was return to me during check/out . More quite then I Expected from previous reviews . Room was clean but room smelled like old mop water. wifi, tv, & bed was great! My only complaint was the passing roaches i experienced in the middle of the night. Establishments that house customers &/or pet friendly should do more Exterminating.

Door lock broke second to the last day management tried to open the door and was unable to so we were old we would have to wait till the following day till maintenance arrived to get back into the room, called corporate was told it would take 7-10 business days to resolve the issue. Will NEVER stay at another red roof in, management and front desk workers are rude and could care less if you stay or not.

Staff was rude, tv didn't work, drug addicts all around the premises, did not come and fixed TV or give me another room, when brought too staff attention I was cussed out and told I could leave and get my deposit back , which they want you to pay 60 bucks up front after paying for the room, IF YOUR READING THIS DONT NOT GO-TO THAT MOTEL IN WARREN MICHIGAN ( RED ROOF INN)

The pictures on their site were a lie. Cops were at the front desk when we checked in. We checked into our room, their were bugs on the floor, in the light fixtures, room smelt like mold, toilet didn't work, no towels were in the room, mold in the air conditioner unit, walls looked like room had water damage, furniture had no drawers, sheets had blood on them. We went back to the front desk to check out. I wanted a refund and the lady told me the manager wasn't in until Monday. I called Monday and the number on the card didn't work. I called my credit union and Hotels.com to dispute the charge. Hopefully i get refunded. This place should be shutdown for false advertisement and poorly conditioned rooms. This place was awful and should be removed off and hotel booking site.

1st off staff was very helpful. Hotel is run down, but at least it was mostly clean. Mostly clean except for the small carpets around the beds. They smelled of smoke/urine. Booked via hotels.com but could have had a better price booking at the hotel at the time of check in.

i had a fire hazrard in my room where the aircoditioner was plugged up.someone broke off something in the plug.plug was burned and black.makeing noice i complian about it .they would not offer me another room.water was was very hot.would not let me regeister if i did not have $50 cash deposit.for no smokeing in room.but no fire detector up.people smokeing near your room letting smoke in.if a fire broke outi,d been dead.

So much about this entire situation was wrong. Asked for a cash deposit without a working ATM on site, this deposit was not mentioned at all while booking the room.
There were no drawers in the dresser, but plenty of exposed staples.
There was no blanket on the bed nor were there regular sized pillows. Instead, you get one sheet and some small throw pillows.
There was no vent on the air conditioner.
I'm not sure if it was blood or ketchup, but the curtains and the A/C outlet were covered in something red.
I don't know why the rooms are in this condition, but based on other reviews it appears that all of the rooms at this Red Roof Inn are in a similar condition. I'll be asking for a refund.

Noisy. Inside of room had a red drink smeared on the walls and curtains. Room looked nothing like pictures. There werent even drawers in the dresser chest.

There wasn’t any bad experience at the hotel in fact I forgot my phone in the service area and the worker found us and gave it back. But the area it self didn’t feel to safe and it wants dirty but you can definitely tell it wasn’t the cleanest. There wasn’t any good places to eat either and it look run down as well

Rooms were smelly and dirty, drawers were missing, no remotes in 2 of the 3 rooms booked, fridge not working, locks were unreliable, keys would not work properly to access the rooms. Overall filthy. Will not book from them in the future. Surprised that Expedia would not have a minimum standard for allowing a hotel to book on the site. We ended up leaving and not staying. Should be a rebate coming for the inconvenience.

Facility is dirty. The room had living and dead bugs all over it. Missing drawers from dresser, missing light shade, sink drain was disassembled, room safe provided was missing 3 buttons, if you shut the bathroom door it locked you in because it was broken, the entry door to the room was missing the lock on the inside. I'm not that picky, but this place was a hard no. My friend and I left quite quickly.

Good for a night’s stay for anyone under 30 / limited budget / traveler / used to being NEAR the hood.
Would’t being your kids here and if you’re a single woman traveling alone, wouldn’t do that either. My boyfriend and I stayed rhe night en route to Ohio so it was convenient and clean.

Was absolutely terrible, the owner/manager didn’t care that our room was dirty he only cared that we stayed but we had to. There was a dirty sock hanging above our window and cigarette ash on the bed headboard tv had a dent in it also

Cleanliness was terrible. Broken down dresser, couldn't use. I wiped down the room to sanitize and clean,swept with my own broom. Bugs. I stayed for two days obviously because I needed to, had no choice at the particular time. There were no television service til the second day after 6pm. The outside at entrance was not welcoming at all,dirty windows and door.I will never go back to that place.

Wasn’t a smoke free zone. Room smelt the cigars there were buds on the ground in front of the room. Person next door was smoking cigarettes. Ppl down below smoking weed. Flies in the room, sticky floor, dirty shower. Stayed for 2 minutes and booked another hotel elsewhere. Terrible experience!!

This property should be shut down after 3 attempts to get a room I asked for a refund and it’s been 2 days and I still have not received it , I purchased this room from Expedia and I had not seen the actual place but when I drove up it was horrible!

It was terrible from check in until check out. The only bright spot was a female employee when I first checked in. However she didn’t do my check in the male employee did and he was awful. The room was filthy with roaches. The were no drawers in the dressers. The sink leaked and the bed had cigarette burns and dead bugs on the comforter. Will go back here again.
