We had a lovely overnight stay. Booked in for an evening meal. Lovely meal just got the order wrong my not getting any starters.

Slept so well, comfortable bed and got an upgrade when I said how many hours I had been travelling and that the stay was a little treat for myself.
All the staff were so friendly and very welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Only stayed for one night. Staff were great. Property was dated, cobwebs in bedroom on ceiling, furniture old and in need of up dating. Radiator in bathroom clipped quite a bit. Lovely fireplace in lounge area, would have been better if it was on. Would have felt cosy, as the weather outside was awful.

Booked in to attend a concert at the opera house.
Check in was very welcoming and efficient. Room was large with a comfortable large bed.
Full english breakfast was individually cooked to order with waitress service.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, the service was superb, the excellent staff were so attentive and helpful. Beautiful room, warm and cozy, excellent shower and very comfortable bed. We will definitely be staying again.

We had a good experience and would definitely stay there again. If coming by train, schedule a taxi ahead of time - there’s a long walk up a steep hill(which isn’t fun if you have much luggage).

Unlike many hotels it has a charming character and the staff were uniformly very nice. Dinner menu varied enough and breakfast was excellent. A little warm at night and stronger extractor needed in bathroom. Met all other expectations.

Have stayed in Best Weston hotels many times in the past but never aware of Best Weston Plus. A very pleasant surprise, will look for them in the future.

Leewood is a delightful Hotel only 10 minutes walk from the Pavilion Gardens, Opera House and Crescent. The restaurant serves good food and the hours will accommodate early starters and late risers. Rooms spacious and we'll appointed, for the price it reflects good value and we would go back.

A couple of minor issues with the room on check in but the staff went above and beyond to rectify it quickly. All of the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were polite and attentive.
The hotel and some of the rooms are currently being refurbished; we stayed in one of the superior rooms which hadn’t been refurbished and it was a little tired. The size of the room was good and it was bright and airy. The floorboards in our room and neighbouring room were creaky and noisy and unfortunately the movement from the neighbouring room kept us wake during the night. This is the only negative part of what was otherwise a lovely stay.

We booked a 3 night stay on the first day of opening after boxing day so the hotel was quiet. However the warmth, friendliness' of the staff was in abundance. The hotel is old but the rooms especially the ensuite was new and spacious, food at breakfast and the restaurant was very good and parking free

It was really lovely and clean. We stayed for two nights and our room was cleaned whilst we were out. Breakfast was lovely. Good vegetarian / vegan options. Staff super friendly and helpful.
The only request I have is to remove the plastic cups from the bathroom and replace with reusable glass cups. Lovely stay!

The service and staff was particularly attentive, and really went out of their way to help. The rooms were very comfortable but could use a tiny bit of extra maintenance. It’s a really charming little hotel for a very nice get-away
