One of my favorite hotels in Zacatecas . I have stayed there couple times, I enjoy it very much every time, I had a glass of wine at the bar, It was terrible .

Beautiful place in a beautiful city. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are amazing, although water pressure on upper floors is low. Restaurant and bar are amazingly picturesque with old world style service. I stay here every trip I take to Zacatecas.

All of the staff were amazing, Victor gave us great customer service, made us feel right at home. Xochitl and all the other staff were great as well. I have stayed at Quinta Real Zacatecas numerous times and will continue to do so! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great stay! Beautiful hotel. My kids loved the jacuzzi in the bathroom. We all loved the balcony. The food at the hotel was yummy. The only recommendation I would give is to have more lighting in the room. Once the sun went down, the lighting in the hotel wasn't enough. It was always very dim.

The staff were all incredibly friendly. From arrival to departure we enjoyed our stay. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious. Only complaint would be that the room only had a single coffee cup and one coffee for two people. This was a two night stay and we were only refreshed with one coffee no refill on cream or sugar…. Seems strange to not have this amenity stocked appropriately for a room booked for 2 people.

Everything was excellent except for a couple little things - coffee cup was dirty and stir stick was used. The bar was truly unique but the sports on tv and disco music totally defeated the mood of the environment.

Property located in historic downtown. Room felt overall clean. Bed was comfy.However, shower and tub need urgent upgrade. Shower curtain had stains and shower floor too. Weekend breakfast brunch was great.

We had a wonderful time in Zacatecas...attending my brothers wedding at your hotel. Beautiful city! Friendly people and staff. Accommodations were clean, comfortable and very tastefully decorated. Let me start saying this .. a friend of mine told me this was the best hotel in zacatecas period, but he was short … everyone is super nice and very kind , the hotel is beautiful and the restaurant is exquisite, very different than any other hotel that ever been , I would recommend to everyone with kids , it’s super quiet and it’s 10 minutes walk to everything, I will come back in September again , Thank you for such a great experience, love this hotel!

Our stay this July 2023 in Quinta Real was amazing.
Have always wanted to visit this hotel and it definetly met our expectations. The staff was very helpful at all times, they even help us book a restaurant in the city for us.
It is really a great experience to be in such a historic hotel, the architerture is just great and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It is really worth a visit if you are in Zacatecas, location is also great.
