The bed & bedding was comfortable. No screen on the window or working fan in the bathroom. Broken ice machine, no coffee supplies to use with coffee pot. Safety latch on room door was broken. Price was good.

Without a doubt the worst hotel I have ever stayed. There were no trash cans in the room, several of the outlets didn't work, the toilet was broken, which means housekeeping and/or maintenance should have known. The pool is filled with algae and these fools still put on the light at nigh in the pool. Ridiculous. No elevator nor ice machine to boot. NEVER stay at this place!

Many issues with this hotel. Electricity didn’t work in bathrooms and coffee area. Dirty inside and out. Property dirty with trash and not kept up. Mattresses nasty and uncomfortable.

Average stay property but great staff and easy check in, 24 hour check in desk is exactly what we needed.

Unkept, many things broken or not working

Well, we have quite a history with this hotel. For a few years it was the default place we stayed in Cruces and it was dependably, clean, quiet, comfortable & affordable. It's been a little over a year, and this place has really changed, and not in a good way. But, on the positive side, it seems as if they are really making a serious effort to turn it all around. I've read the reviews from over this past year and Its hard to believe how low it seems to have sunk. You can still see signs of the carnage, kind of like walking into the aftermath of a war zone. There are still leftovers of what it was, but things have clearly also gotten better. Still stains on the bedding and the floors and furniture, there was a urine smell but it was tolerable. But a lot of what people were saying about it in the past year has clearly improved. No riff Raff in the hallways, parking lot, the bathroom was clean, the A/C was working. It didn't feel unsafe. I really have high hopes that the new management can bring it back to the quality of hotel that it once was, and you can see that progress is being made in this direction. That being said, it still needs time to get there. New carpets, new furniture and bedding. But it's on its way. My partner wanted to leave, I was too tired. We survived. It was okay. I think we paid around $50. What can you expect? The employee at the desk was great & did her best to accommodate us. I really hope this place can make a comeback. The potential is there.

Booked much related to dog acceptance; that aspect okay although they should advise of extra charges relatedly. Otherwise an old and poorly maintained facility. Good location in Las Cruces. If you want to partake of free breakfast get there very early and don’t expect much.

The topper among many disappointments was discovering that the window in my first floorroom was not only open, it did not have a latch to lock it. As a woman traveling alone, this was extremely disturbing.

The first room I got had bloods stains on the floor and the outside carpet in front of door looked like a murder happened there I complained and got moved to a room that was 3 doors down from that original room that also had bloody stains on floor .

You get what you pay for. A comfortable place to rest your head. Room was clean, Staff was friendly and continental breakfast came in handy for our road trip.

I reserved a double bed and got only king size. Air conditioning didn’t work and the tv didn’t work either

It looked as if they were doing work around the motel. Our first room had a toilet that wouldn't flush properly but they moved us right away into another room that at first seemed to be okay - that is until I needed to take a shower. The water ran clear at first but stunk like faint sewage and chlorine, and then the water began to turn black (unfortunately I was all soaped up at that point and had to finish my shower in the filthy water. The washrag I used looked as if I had played in the mud and spit washed it off - disgusting! I would not recommend this particular motel to anyone at his point in time.

The room we reserved, king bed, was not available so they put us in a room with 2 queen beds. The TV didn't work so they moved us into another room and the key cards didn't work. After getting in the room we found out it didn't have a coffee pot or refrigerator. Other than that the room was comfortable.

Visible dust and soft drink residue on desk, bedside table. Hole in curtains. Hot water sometimes not available. Refrigerator door bent. No microwave. Ironing board left set up rather than put away. AC socket by sink completely worn-out. Air conditioner struggled.

Homeless people hanging around property. They were over booked. Took forever to check in. No updated decor. Unfriendly staff.

Staff was amazingly friendly, and I just everybody took care of us even to the point of giving us ice for a cooler highly recommend them anytime. I’m in the area. I will definitely stay in this motel again bed so so comfortable and clean ,

Everything was pretty great after changing rooms so other than that everything was really great

Missing personal at checkout

The room was so dirty from carpet to the dirty bed coverings, The lamp shades were spotted with ???? The hotel in all was way below normal standards. We felt that the staff were more interested in their cell phones than the concers we had with the room. I immediately asked for a refund, and left that hotel to stay at a Motel 6 which was cheaper and much cleaner than La Quinta Inn Mesilla. I will not make that mistake again.

It was dirty Bad condition

The housekeeper didn't show up so the room i paid for wasn't available. Had to find somewhere else to stay after driving 7 and 1/2 hours from Arizona

Hotel is run down we stood for 3 nights rooms were never serviced showered witht he same towels at 1am some one tried opening our door worst hotel i have ever stood at pool was out of service as well

It was a nightmare. Myself and 2 people after me that had reservations had to wait almost a hour to get a room. This room didn't have a working ac. They offered a fan. The rooms and hallways dirty. There was poop still in toilet. The poor lady that worked there was trying to help, she cleaned a dirty room with a working ac for us. She did try her best to deal with the mess that the manager and owners put her in. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay there. The owners need to get it together.

This place was just rough overall really nothing good to say the bathroom was dirty there was used bar of soap left there was an old comb on the floor the pillow cases had hair on them when we asked for clean sheets we were told they didn’t have any clean sheets and they could take them from another room but all the “clean rooms” the doors were wide open so we looked at those to compare before going to ask for clean sheets and they were just as gross we slept on beach towels and avoided the shower.

I reserved a room to swim and spend time with my husband. I had asked if the pool was open and was told it was. Upon check in I saw the pool was green. I was told I couldn’t get a refund. Then when I entered my room it hadn’t been cleaned. The bed was still unmade, it was hot, and it had a urine smell. When I went back to the lobby there were 3 other men complaining about their rooms as well.

They price is affordable 😃

R C thermostat not working. Too hot. No toilet paper in dispenser. T.v remote broken. Window broken. Drapes would not open. Hole in door. Minimal breckfast. Green pool. Mold in tub.
