The stay was pleasant, the staff friendly & service great. But the hotel is in need of updates. The room we were in had obviously been a smoking room at some point.

Older Embassy Suites, not worth the $218 ($10 parking fee was not disclosed until checking in).

Meh? Check in took a while. $10 for parking, seriously? Late breakfast on weekends; i guess it suits most travelers but not us. oh well. Room's vicinity to the restaurant area and loud patrons was mild irritant.

We didn’t know that they were hosting a high school reunion, and also a church convention when we made our reservations, and also the room next to us had a barking dog in it. The bed was very hard, and uncomfortable to the point where my body is sore. This used to be one of our favorite places to stay.

I have always been happy before with Embassy suites. This time was a little different. First of all I got hit up with a $10 per day parking fee which I have never been charged before at Embassy suites. That’s crazy. Almost empty parking lot and to charge me 10 hours a day to park a car at your hotel. As far as staff goes, never had any issues or complaints of this visit. Slept in first morning. Went in to the reception area for front desk and tell them few things. First that I had a clogged sink, told them I needed my trash emptied, and that I needed my towels replenished. Person I spoke with did not seem very understanding and told me I had missed the staff cleaning. I then asked if someone could bring me some clean towels and clean the drain and take out the trash. She entered it in computer I think but expression and tone did not sit right with me. Long story short, five hours later drain was not unclogged. I took out my own trash. And I found housekeeping very nice girl, I tipped her, gave her my old towels and she gave me clean ones. Again this is not typical but this was an agitating experience. Thank you.

They moved us to different hotel. It is not quality of the embassy suites and we had to pay for breakfast. It is unacceptable.

Door swing latch was broken on room 619. Other than that no other issue, great location inside/outside of property is well maintained and room was very clean.

The hotel was clean but very dated. Carpeting in the rooms with lots of stains. Not many outlets available so others before us had unplugged several lamps to access outlets. No charging ports available. However the bathroom was bright and clean.

The hotel was very clean. The only issue was the hand soap holder needed to be te-attached to the wall in the bathroom. The hotel along with the staff exceeded my expectations.

Our hotel experience was poor at best. We ended up with two rooms and they both stunk of weed smoke and just dankness. My clothes stunk when I got home. We had to leave the doors open and air the rooms out. Our second room was not available till well after 6pm. We had left the property at that point in time. When we returned around mid-night and got the other room open, it stunk too. I'd say the employees must have chosen these two rooms to sit around and smoke dope in and fool around. The mattress for the pullout sofa was maybe two inches. We booked the hotel as our family of five was hoping for one room. We ended up with an extra kid and were able to get two rooms but both poor. It would be one thing if I spent $89.99 on the room but the double room was over $300 and that is just too expensive for a dated dump.

The dirtiest hotel i have ever stayed in, the room was musty and gross, hair in the sinks and just overall yuck.

Breakfast at the Embassy Suites is always a treat. This one was just okay but just above any other hotel in this class. They also were not able to honor their 4pm check-in policy which was a huge problem for our trip as we were traveling for my daughter to compete in the Junior Olympic Games and she couldn't get in to a room in time to refresh and dress before heading to compete that evening. I'm sure this was a rare event for them to not have clean rooms available but it was devastating in our case.
