Staff and having to wash ur own sheets and towels and rags and they don't even give u tissue trash bags are nothing

horrible

people knocking on doors all times of the night; people smoking and hanging out; no staff at night; no cameras

There was no breakfast

The strong smell of drugs and roaches, we have 3 children and the drug smoke was so strong it came into our room every day. I told the staff and they did nothing. I wrote to corporate and they told me to tell management which I already had.

It was clean.

The pictures at the booking and the reality differed as usual.

the fact there was a kitchen so I didn't have to pay for take-out ever night

The room I booked was not available at check in than the room size I was charged for I was not in. I spoke with the hotel manager and she was very disrespectful and was not trying to refund the money I over paid.

not a single thing in the hotel to like except price but i could pay more to get basic things.

Very lousy hotel. not clean neat, when I came reception / front desk closed so i had to move another hotel for a night and came back second day where my reservation cancelled and made a fresh booking. it cost me more. plus big hassle for connecting wifi. no dustbin in the room for throwing thrash/wastes not housekeeping at all rediculous hotel in my 20 years of travel experience where travel more than 30 countries for business

I did like the location very well.
