The elevator was smelly. We had to take our used towels to the front desk to get new towels for day 2. The property seemed run down and definitely not worth what we paid. When the hotel our event was at was full, Expedia led me to this. I won’t be using Expedia again either.

This really isn’t a tourist hotel. It is mainly monthly renters or welfare guests as far as I could tell. There were 2 visits to my room by the police late at night trying to find where the fight was that was called in. Activity all night. Staff does not know anything about the area or how to work the door locks.

Horrendous Stay elsewhere. Rowdy crowds. Awful staff. Awful customers. Just yuck.

Booked a certain room online for a reason. Check in and the hotel does not have the room I booked online yesterday. So they put me in a totally different room with a much SMALLER bed. Very disappointed that a room that I booked was not available for me. WHY BOTHER BOOKING A ROOM THEM!?!?!?!

Much better than my last year’s stay. It became decent but the price is just so high at almost $300 per night for a motel like this when the town is busy for a soccer tournament.

I rented 2 rooms.. The chemical paint smell was horrific and caused medical issues from 1 of the rooms. In the other was a mold and mildew smell. The sheets had holes in them. Property is partially renovated; however the renovations are at bottom of the barrel. New beds are loud and uncomfortable. Walmart has a better grade of towels and linen Check in/Lobby was dirty and looked like it was in a poverty stricken area including the thick plastic glass at the counter. I had stayed at nearby hotels in the past; but nothing as low grade as this. With the Wyndham name I would have never expected this experience. Definitely a 1 star Motel.

Sheets were dirty and when we were having them switch out the sheets we gave them our towels as well, get home from vacation and now theyre saying theyre going to hold the deposit on the room saying we took the towels. I called them and voiced my concern and its bassicaly a he said she said and I dont think ill be getting my deposit back. Worst experience at a hotel ever go somewhere else.

The non smoking rooms smell a lot of smoke in it

I couldn’t even stay due to feeling very unsafe at the hotel and in the room. The minute I pulled into the parking lot the hotel felt unsafe. I tried to give it a chance, so I asked the person working the desk that was behind glass ( like you would find in a place where they were scared for their safety) to show me the room. He was accommodating and took me to see the room. As soon as the door was opened all I could smell was very musty and my worry about safety did not go away for myself or my child. I ask the desk attendant about canceling the reservation and he told me I needed to contact who I booked with to do that. When I contacted Expedia they contacted the hotel and they refused. So I was lied to so I would leave.

Nothing dirty not professional

This place is a crack place.Very unsafe

I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this place but it must have been before they made some renovations. I reserved 8 rooms and everyone was happy with theirs. Everything was new and clean. The receptionist was also very friendly and professional. The only downsides were that it was on a busy road and you could hear the traffic and they don’t serve breakfast, however they do give you $5 vouchers to use at the Dennys right next door. Would have no problem going back there if I ever visited Vineland again.

Rm and bed sheets could of been cleaner!

This place was filthy, stains on sheets, burns in the comforter and hair in the shower drain. When i went there they wanted an extra $100.00 security deposit then we went to the room to be greeted a fowl musty smell and icky stains on the bed. Run from here

expect motel level facilities. neighborhood is not the fanciest there are people loitering in late night. cleaning is the worst ever ive seen so far. it was also very loud in the night due to motorcycles and loud trucks driving by. do not recommend to stay here.
