Breakfast was good and convenient.

I felt price was too high.

The staff were all very friendly. the in-room AC worked like a dream.

Requested handicapped room on 1st floor. Wheel chair accessible, None available. Was offered 4th flr , unexceptable, then was offered 2nd flr close to elevator at this point we were too tired to argue.

Very, very friendly staff, in particular Cinthia. Very comfortable beds, big rooms, even a swimming pool that the kids particularly appreciated.

The plastic plates, cups, spoons, knives and forks for the breakfast.

Great location and exceptional workers.

Pool is out of commission due to health department.

I didn't take part in any of the hot food however I like that yogurt was offered. I was told that the omelet was pretty good.

There wasn't any body wash available in the dispenser but I wouldn't let that stop me from returning for another visit.

I requested a room with a balcony and received an email stating my request had been granted but the hotel had no rooms with balconies

The price was extremely high, the suite was small, there beetles everywhere in the room, called for room service and NEVER recieved service for 2 days. Had to go get toilet paper. One staff member decided to complain to me that they have to remove beds from several rooms and that task was sprung on them to do and the list goes on. This was for my special day and it was a huge let down!

Staff weren't wearing masks and masks in public places not enforced. Didn't feel safe. Had an issue with my TV. Staff didn't want to wear a mask

Convenient location to restaurants and shopping but tucked away in a wooded area. Very quiet.

Staff was friendly, it was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was good.

The location was good but it’s a bit tucked away and none of the outside lights were working making it very dark when we arrived. Didn’t really love having to carry luggage across a dark parking lot.

The person checking me in was just ok. Maybe just a bad day.
