The true hospitality of a hotel. They really make you feel comfortable and welcomed. "Jeremiah" was truly the best clerk we've ever met! Definitely will refer & stay again

The fact that you can't use cash for deposit but ok to pay for room with cash even tho there is a card on file is quite frankly stupid.Not right forcing me to pay a deposit that will take untold days to be released back to my bank account when cash is also a form of currency payment. The reason cash isn't acceptable (when it was before!) is that they don't like having cash around? It's called a safe! So my plans to stay there got nixed on account the refusal to let me pay cash even with a card on file just in case. I can understand that, no problem with a card on file just in case. There's no good reason why I should still be charged for the room and I couldn't stay there because of this policy. No where does it say you can't do it that I seen before making arrangements ruining my plans for a place to sleep. Thanks for that I'll never do business here again

The staff lied and said we were smoking just to charge us $150. We purposely got a non smoking hotel because our son has asthmatic bronchitis! WE ABSOLUTELY DID NOT SMOKE IN THIS FACILITY! 🤥 This is highway robbery! We should have stayed at the hotel across from this one! They lied and said they received complaints...from who??? The invisible liars? I don't believe Noone complained about us smoking because we didn't. I don't believe ANYONE was smoking on the first floor

Our carpet was dirty when we got there! The phone didn't work properly! No one came in our room to clean the bathroom, take our trash or anything the air conditioner in our room that is actually posted on the lobby pic was jacked and on the floor! the only thing they gave us was Wash clothes and towels. The hallways were funky. We were lied on and was told we were smoking in there facility which was untrue! So they charged us $150 for a lie! 🤥 very unfair! It truly sucked to go outside when we did want to smoke but we indeed did go outside. I'll never advise anyone to use this hotel !

I liked the comfort of the room, the room was very specious, smelled nice and overall clean. I also liked the morning male receptionist that was very pleasant and very helpful.
the breakfast was with a very limited options and not very tasty or appealing. The sausage links were very dry and over cooked. the female receptionist was very robot like and not very hospitable and inviting. I felt very uncomfortable while checking in and later when I stopped to inquire about drink options.

The property was clean, accessible and close to a major highway that I traveled frequently during my stay.
Breakfast on day one wasn’t too appetizing. The breakfast meat (sausage) didn’t look thoroughly cooked and was brought out of the kitchen in a pan of what appeared to be excess oil/grease from cooking.

Very nice and clean rooms.. the beds slept very comfortably. The staff was very pleasant and helpful to our needs. Breakfast was very good as well. Our stay overall was exceptional. We will definitely recommend our friends and family. Thank you
That there was only one trash can in the room, which was in the bathroom. Would recommend putting another one somewhere else in the room

Room entry door had problems. Thwre we’re roaches in the bathroom.
I Wanted to extend my stay through booking.com and it didn’t go through to the hotel. in order to extend my stay, I was charged an additional $150.00 deposit. so… $240. February 4-5, 1day, then $341.00 February 5-7 to extend 2 days. I didn’t like that there was no communication between booking. com and Wyndham Vineland for extending my stay. So, I have nearly $600.00 held from my account for a 3 day stay. I should’ve went next door to Hampton. Going forward that’s what we do.
