Disappointing Experience at Kronborg Inn W recently stayed at Kronborg Inn and was disappointed with the service and cleanliness. Despite arriving early, the front desk staff seemed put off by my requests. No smiles, no warmth - just a curt "check-in is at 3." When I asked to store a luggage with an oxygen tank battery due to the 103-degree heat, the staff reluctantly said ok and pointed to the breakfast room to store it. asked about the restroom after a long drive, provided a key, still without a smile. Upon checking in at 4, a different staff member was friendly and helpful. However, I was shocked to discover that breakfast is not served on weekdays, contrary to my expectations. The room (110) had a dirty floor with black slime, which was unacceptable. An impeccably clean room is essential, regardless of the price. First impressions matter, and Kronborg Inn failed to deliver. With thousands spent on advertising, it's disappointing to see customers treated poorly. Word-of-mouth is the most valuable advertising, and unfortunately, we will not recommend this hotel to family and friends. *Rating 3 *Recommendations:* 1. Improve front desk staff training for better customer service. 2. Provide breakfast on weekdays. 3. Ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned. There was no shower curtain, black mold all over the bathroom walls, most of the furniture was in bad repair and the springs were felt through the bed. I would not recommend unless you need to budget. Staff very very kind.

They went above and beyond to make our anniversary trip feel extra special. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our room had special details added for our celebration and the Halloween decorations were an added bonus around the property. We look very much forward to staying here many more visits to come. Hope to see the festive way they decorate for Christmas soon.

The bed was very comfortable but in the morning I got up to make a cup of coffee in the in room coffee maker and there was no pod holder for the coffee maker. The patio door latch was broken so could use the balcony. When I went down to the office it was locked at 7 am and no one arrrived for 45 min. Breakfast was listed in their advertisement but in reality only on the weekend.

I request a quiet room, no teens, no children/loud noises next to me. Room across me booked couple with small child, running around & screaming at night

Only stayed one night. There was a nice pool and hot tub we did not get to enjoy in center of hotel with all rooms facing it. The tub in the room was a jacuzzi tub. The room was huge with a tile floor so it felt a little barren but bed was very comfy and it had a fridge and microwave and included a free continental breakfast which was just coffee/tea and danishes from Olsens's bakery. There were not a lot of danishes or tea choice so that could be improved.

We live in Losanggeles and stayed here four times this year for stays of betweed two and three nithts each time. We love evything about the Kronborg in and would recommend highly.

Milagros checked me in she was nice and answered my questions about restaurants around the area. I requested a downstairs room since my mom has trouble walking they accommodated us and I greatly appreciated the service given. The room was bright with natural light and smelled fresh and clean. Also the beds are very comfortable that’s a big plus. Check out was also very good with Mayra she was very nice, she made sure I tried the yummy cheese danishes they have for breakfast. Future trips I will be staying here for sure.👍

Property is in need of upgrades. Refrigerator missing dial knob, bed ruffle had stains, pillowcases had stains, bugs

Overall the rooms were nice and cleaned. The hot water took longer to heat and I thought I would have to take a cold shower. The hallways are not as clean as expected. The green carpet smells duty.

The staff were very helpful. The motel was easy accessible to everything. Quite pleasant place to stay.

This is a relatively inexpensive and convenient option in a very popular tourist town. The dirty floor is quite evident if you step into the shower with bare feet. I don't think they wet mop the uncarpeted flooring. Room needs a facelift. Also, I suggest you avoid holiday periods when large families seem to move in and dominate the place (especially the pool).

Stayed 2 days, great location as I was able to walk to everything in town. Staff were very pleasant and check in smooth. Got parked on property easily enough. Room was very clean and well maintained.

The room is hot, the ac is not working well. The pool is dirty. The chair inside our roon is peeling and our lamp is busted.not so happy. Not worth of the price

The rooms were great, the patio outside our room was nice. The pool and jacuzzi were great! Service was great, staff were nice, check in and out was easy. Would plan on staying again when we visit Solvang.
