Double charged for the room and the deposit was permanently charged too. So my $70 room. Worth every penny & only those pennies. Has cost me almost $300 and now I have to go through the hassle of chasing down my money. Hopefully I get it back.

We woke up chopped fleas, because their mattresses were full of fleas.

This hotel is in desperate need of security! Right outside the hotel as I was checking out, a man followed me and asked me for money and started to reach in his pockets and scream as I got in my car and drove off. I feared for my life and there was NO ONE nearby to intervene or help. I am never staying at this property again.

We selected this property for its proximity to the University. It was easy to get to and from the hotel to the school. The room was spacious for our family of 6 and provided what we needed for an overnight stay.

My room didn’t have it, but Family that I was there with had a very musty scent to their room like someone had smoked in there.

Staff was nice. Hotel outdated.

Overall the stay was very nice but it didn’t start off that way. When I checked in, the person at the front desk acknowledged my reservation made thru Hotels.com and said they needed a credit card to charge $100 refundable deposit. Later that night I noticed that they charged my card for the rooms too even though I had already paid in full at Hotels.com. I was never told me that they were going to charge my card for the additional amount. When I called the hotel to say that they made a mistake their response was “well, you can’t stay for free” even when I said that I can show them that I had already paid in full AND that they never got our authorization for the additional charges. It resulted in the front desk person hanging up on me. I was shocked by his behavior. They later DID refund the room charge but it doesn’t make up for crappy customer service. The rooms were satisfactory and were nice for the price.

Management was rude, had no integrity and will not stay here again.

The smoke detector kept beeping all night, I was charged a 100 deposit on arrival Even though it was already paid. It was just supposed to be a hold but they processed it I tried calling them and they won't return my calls. The room smelled funny.

The management was very very RUDE, I am Andrew’s mother and have owned a travel agency for 35 years and I have never been treated so rudely by hotel management. The man spoke very little English and he hung up on me twice when we were trying to resolve the issue . I will never put another client in any of your properties. Room was clean. Quiet, hotel is in a safe area. I tend to stay at $100/night hotels since I only sleep about 6 hrs and go. I actually enjoyed this place. -J

The room was ok, not very clean and kind of musty. The continental breakfast was limited and not stocked well. They were out of juice and there wasn’t any fruit at all the entire morning.

Definitely not worth the amount of money you have to pay for a night. The room was outdated, there were stains on the walls from where something had been spilled, the bathroom counter had mounds of soap dried all over it, and the floor was disgusting. The air conditioner sounded as if it would go out at any given moment and it was stuffy in our room the entire night, smelling like mold. Also, they charge a ridiculous amount of money for one night in an outdated, unclean, hotel and still has the audacity to charge you extra if you want to use more than 120 minutes of their WiFi. Definitely do not recommend and will not use again.

The front desk guy was very rude and confrontational. He used foul language and was very unprofessional.

When I arrived in my first room I was met with the overwhelming smell of mildew. I requested another and was moved immediately but this one was almost as bad. I had to go buy damp rid, air freshener and sanitizer. There is no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. The pillows were small and hard and the bed was uncomfortable. The bathrooms had mold around the faucets and the dispensers in the shower had built up product and gunk on them. Did not smell clean at all.

The card keys didn’t work the first time we tried to go in the room (and no they weren’t next to any other cards that would interfere with the magnetic strip). I took the cards back down to the front desk and had to get them reprogrammed. Then they worked. Then we had to leave and come back later in the day, the cards didn’t work again (again, they weren’t placed next to any other cards). Had to take them back down again to get the reprogrammed again. There is very little parking for the amount of rooms that they have on site. Cars even had to park on the grass behind the property.

Atleast the pool was open, but it was dirty. Had floating trash in it. Front counter person wasnt helpful at all. Breakfast available at best, i would probaly feed it to my dog if he was starving. Bed was very uncomfortable. Room had a dirty smell to it. The towels ....oh my GOD, you can see the yellowing spots of where they were used to wipe...you know off someone. DISGUSTING!!!! Im glad I carry my own towels.

Could have been a little cleaner. Air conditioning could have been a little cooler

Did not like the Customer Service the sidewalks were tore up. My daughter actually tripped over one and fell. She’s 40 by the way they need to do some work on the outside inside was OK. Customer Service was terrible.

Right off the interstate

We had a good stay at the Baymont in Fayetteville. The property is a little dated but it is clean and smoke free and I liked that. The staff was helpful and we liked the room on the first floor.

The front desk staff was very personable and helpful.

Nothing unique about it.

If you stay multiple days you have to request towels and cleaning. We stayed 3 nights and had to request towels on the 3rd day

No matter what you say about the hotel nothing is going to change but hopefully it will helps others to make the right decision where you are going to stay at pay the extra money to get the hotel that you will be comfortable in at this hotel the pool was not ready pictures can be deceiving so please do not go by pictures it need to be updated everything The whole hotel need to be updated I didn’t like it at all

Property and staff was amazing the surrounding area not sooo much
