Parking was difficult in front of hotel. Also no elevator. Definitely an older hotel. Also had real difficulty with my access card. Took multiple tries to get into building every day i stayed.

The hotel was a little rundown and can certainly use some upgrading. A bit noisy on the street side.

The room was comfortable and the location was convenient. There’s limited parking so if you arrive late, you may need to park off the property. The walls in my room were covered in fingerprints and looked like they had never been wiped.

Fairly quiet, but strange room layout,and funky smell in bathroom. Pool needs work. Gym is fine.

We drove up to property and didn’t get out of the car, looks a lot more run down in person. Unfortunately I am fairly new to Expedia and phoned the hotel to cancel, which they wouldn’t allow, tried to cancel through the app, also not allowed, paid for a room we didn’t stay in.

This is a reasonable place - in pretty good condition for its age - beware of the damage deposit they expect when you check in due to being a Expedia reservation ☹️😱

Staff was efficient and polite. Justine at the front desk on the morning of the 26th was a fantastic help.

Let’s to unlock doors were inconsistent. Sometimes they would unlock the doors in one out of 50 times. Other times, one in 3. Also, no elevators. Room was decent but hotel is very old so don’t expect much besides a nice place to sleep.

Decent hotel, older building but friendly staff

Parking lot is small, so arrive early. Rooms are super clean, cozy and comfortable, beds are super cozy. Like always, I look at our rooms first, thebone assigned originally was looking into the wall and lots of garbage (#205) It would be great if the garbage is cleaned up and maybe some cute large flower or small trees placed there. Second room had a mild smoke scent (even though hotel is non smoking, some guests don't care, unfortunately) , third room was absolutely perfect. Housekeeping staff is great, friendly z helpful, so is the front desk staff. Location is great, right now hwy 97, everything we went to was close. Pool is great, clean and warm. There is no breakfast but there is Denny's attached to the hotel. Our vacation was perfect. Thank you.

Dirty bathroom. Room it’s self was clean. Check in was off front desk person was odd and asked a lot of odd and personal questions.

I was charged the full amount of the room and a deposit charge of CAD 100 which has not been refunded

Pretty good stay, our first room we checked in to had a funny sewage smell in the bathroom but Vish at the front desk was very helpful at getting us an alternative room quickly. Decent pool and good meal at the attached Denny’s. No elevator so if you have heavy luggage you’ll need to haul it up some stairs. Quiet three nights there

Convenient stopover for our trip to Banff. Staff very helpful and polite. Room was spacious but the kitchen area looked a little battered. Very clean.

Property is old and dated. Low income apartment building attached.

As compare to price the condition and service are bad.

Hotel was just fine. Parking lot was full so had to park two businesses away which was inconvenient and was to include a parking spot.

Poor Bathroom. Very coñfined. Need comfort height toilet for older clients .Air conditioner in poor location.Could not rùn at night blasts on one bed

The staff was wonderful. Parking is a bit tight, but I parked around the back and didn't have an issue. I enjoyed the pool, and the room was cozy. Very soft towels. One thing that was a bit odd: the lamps in my room had a change port at the base, but when you turn the light switch off, it turns off the charger also - weird but not a big deal.
