Superbly located, very clean, views amazing, brilliant staff

Best hotel ever! The stuff is so friendly and helpful. The property is clean and beautiful. Rooms are big, clean and in good condition. The food at the restaurant is amazing with lots of choices. The pools outside are great !

Great hotel, staff very friendly, immaculately clean. The small pool that was used by children was very cold, where the other pools were lovely and warm. Good selection of food. Day time activities aimed at adults not much for younger children. Very well situated and would definitely go back.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, from the staff to the food and the decor. Lots of food and drink options too. Also a lovely stroll along the beach which is on the door step . I really would recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel We went all inclusive Food was good nice choice Easy to find a seat and great service. Rooms could be a bit cleaner kept finding little flies about. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Lovely view of pool and sea floor 1 same floor as reception so no need for use of lifts perfect. Did ask to keep our room longer on check but was told hotel was fully booked not sure how true this was. Not a problem as there was changing area. Didn’t like the fact people go out and put towels on the sunloungers this should be stopped or staff should remove the towels. Would we go back ? Yes definitely

Excellent hotel warm welcoming very clean . hard working staff nothing is a problem. Very spacious pool area well kept no sunbed shortages just relaxing surroundings. beautiful sea views, good choice of food. And a great very large indoor bar area and good shows nightly. all in all lovely holiday destination will be back very soon.

We have stayed in several 4 and 5 star places across Lanzarote and so far this one has been the best. The room was huge (we booked a suite). Staff were friendly and the place was centrally located and immacualtely clean. It is also better value than a lot of the others. We recently stayed at Malia Selinas which was double the price of this and nowhere near as good.

Great staff, wonderful location, super rooms and pool. But no room in the central section cannot escape the very loud "entertainment" that runs to midnight every night. Also the food was very bland and unadventurous. Certainly not to 4* standard.

Great hotel comfy beds and clean, great breakfast and dinner Buffet. Good check in and pleasant staff.

The service inside the hotel was excellent, special thanks to the Porter who helped me to print my travel form on a way back to UK. Wonderful food three times a day, drink for free and warm pool with salty water to swim!!! What else to wish after very cold, rainy winter in the UK!!!

We stayed 2 nights with half board. Our stay was ok. The hotel is a 4-star so service was more or less at that level. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the buffet is not bad in general. There is a very small corner with gluten free bread, cereals and pastry but that’s it. No vegan/vegetarian alternative for sausages or bacon. There are alternative milks, soya, oat and lactose free. And there is live cooking where they cook fried eggs and omelettes. The room was nice, well presented at arrival and there was this plate with fresh fruit. The shower trail got full of water easily when having a shower. The hotel was very clean and the staff were constantly keeping all the facilities clean. Generally good.

Disappointed by attitude from staff. COVID rules are COVID rules, but I felt staff were quite rude and abrupt in sever circumstances, including at dinner when I accidentally went the wrong direction through there one way system to get food. Also when I asked for water at the outside bar, my mask was a little loose and rather than ask me to adjust it I just got yelled at and told to go away and come back. Room was lovely, location was great, but I felt let down by hotel staff.

We have stayed in this hotel before and enjoyed it last time so it lived up to what we expected again this time.

The location of the hotel is very good in Costa Teguise, we were half board and there were plenty of restaurants in walking distance if we fancied a change. The way the hotel faces gives most rooms a sea view. While our room was clean it was a bit tired and is probably due for a refurbishment, the furniture was scratched and walls in places where you would expect e.g Suitcase areas etc. The rest of the hotel though is well maintained and plenty to do in the hotel and surrounding area.

It is a lovely hotel, cleaned all day every day, the entertainment was ok but if you’re staying for longer than a week be prepared for a repeat performance. The food is excellent.

The hotel was amazing, lovely clean public areas and bedroom, pool was lovely as was the revolving bar.

I have stayed at this Hotel before and the same problem as last time in the bathroom, the seal around the shower glass spills onto the tiles around the toilet, although not a major problem and not worth reporting.

Disappointing room. Tiles cracked in bathroom and bath badly marked. Furniture in room very outdated. Sofas near lifts on 1st and ground floor very worn and tired looking. Same sofas as when we visited four years ago!

This hotel was so bad that we left the very next morning and checked into a local 3 star hotel that 1 was cleaner 2 A LOT cheaper 3 better entertainment, I booked this hotel after seeing it before yes the pool is nice and location but the inside is more of a 2/3 star. Room was dirty and had bugs in the bed forcing us to be moved at 1am in the morning, cracked walls, battered furniture, discoloured walls and carpet honestly it was a joke. The only positive is that they refunded the further 4 nights!

We stayed for 7 nights All Inclusive in a Standard Double. The room had a balcony with excellent sea views and the was cleaned spotlessly every day. There was a great choice of food each day at breakfast, lunch and dinner (buffet style), as well as snacks throughout the day. The staff were excellent and always had a smile on their faces. They were always happy to help. The Animacion team who organised and delivered activities throughout the day were brilliant. The hotel is located within a very short walking distance of bars, restaurants and shops. Wifi is available for 30 mins each day with no charge. After that there is a charge, but wifi is available for free at all times in the bars over the road (however there's more than enough to do without needing to use it!). I would recommend this hotel for families/groups and couples.

Travelled to Lanzarote and stayed at this hotel for 7 days with my partner and had an unforgettable holiday. It was in a great location, right by the beach and right in front of a variety of shops, pubs, restaurants, ticket offices for excursions etc. with most providing free Wi-Fi. The food was quite good, but was buffet style (which of course is expected especially for the all inclusive option, which we were). However despite the food always being different and flavour full, sometimes it was boring and so we went out to eat some times to stir things up. The bar staff were amazing, we got along great with Andreas and Thomas who were on point, offering great service and getting us drinks as soon as our glasses were empty - Andreas created some of the most beautiful drink decorations with a variety of fruits (cherries, bananas, apples etc.) which was a great excitement each night. All staff were very attentive and friendly. Entertainment was excellent! It's rather unusual for a place like Lanzarote to have such good entertainment (it's usually expected in countries like Turkey and Egypt if that makes sense). But the animation team were superb. Every day there were a variety of activities from Pistol Shooting, Riffle Shooting, Mini Golf, Aqua Sports, Salsa/cha cha, Cocktail games, Sangria & Paella tasting, Darts, table tennis etc. and on the evening, they held a mini disco for the children for 1 hour followed by a quiz (music, film, TV) or Bingo with a entertainers to follow

Nice hotel next to the beach with a good view from the balcony. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Although the room was looking a bit tired and due a refurb, it was more than adequate for our holiday. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from some very good restaurants in the resort. Food was also excellent at the hotel with plenty of choice.

Just returned from a week's holiday. A 3 generation holiday and we all had a great time. All inclusive- food lovely and lots of variety even my fussy daughter didn't complain. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Evening entertainment was high standard and good variety. Although rooms were a little dated (currently working through them to update) the public areas were very smart . Large hotel lots of different areas to relax inside or out , in Sun or shade. Didn't feel need to stray from hotel although able to walk around town with many shops restaurants etc. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Have staid at this hotel on four other occasions and is very comfortable. Food is of good quality and has a varied choice. Alcohol and other drinks are provided with a large choice. Evening entertainment was of a good and varied nature. Rooms and staff are excellent.
