We were delayed by the extremely long traffic jam on the I-15 from Las Vegas. The staff sold our paid for suite to someone else and we were moved to a smaller room but charged the same price. The staff's customer service was horrible and it took us talking to 3 different employees to finally get the price fixed. The staff kept referring to us as no call no shows. The property itself is run down, the buffet and pool were good but by then it was too late. I will never stay at Comfort Suites again!

The rooms had no smell to them. No stink and no perfumes. That is fantastic.

Would stay here again ! Our room was super comfortable and clean and the bathroom was really nice and the price wasn’t bad at all for what you get. The breakfast is pretty good I really enjoyed eating it every morning, it also had a nice small little gym which was nice to use ! My only downside was that people were smoking weed around the area but the hotel it self is really nice

Overall the stay was good. We only asked our room be cleaned 1 time while we were there and that was done well. I used the business center one of the nights to get online and print some papers I had forgotten from home and that was a nice feature. My husband went down on our 6th night to try to rebook for another 4 days since we needed to extend the stay and was met in the office with a very rude gal at the service desk. He was asking what the rate was that we had paid, since I booked it online I guess she didn't have that information and said she didn't know. She gave him the rate that she could and he asked if she had applied a AAA discount and she told him she gave him a 20% discount, he asked if that was AAA and she barked that it was higher and did he want to book it or not? He was stunned at the response and paused since he was surprised by her attitude while trying to book again. She explained like he was a child that the AAA discount was less than what she was offering and slowly asked if he wanted to book the room as if he had a disability. He asked to speak to someone else and she responded with "sorry, I'm tired" He left without saying anything and I rebooked online. Appalling behavior, we spent over a thousand dollars staying 10 nights and not our first stay, will rethink another stay here. Would have happily rated the hotel with more stars, but she spoiled the ending for sure.

I wish I had taken pictures, but all I gotta say is that our experience was 10/10. Room was clean! I have 0 negative review to give this hotel. I love how there’s a security outside the hotel. Will definitely come back next time we come to OC. Definitely a 5 star!

The people were personable. The elevator needs a deep cleaning...it smells. Good deal for what we paid.

Staff was very unwelcoming. Beds were very hard. The room was very clean. We loved that breakfast was included. Good place for the price most definitely.

Is on good location ,front desk ,They are very serious and strict, they forget that they are employees and that they are the first impression when one arrives, they are not friendly.

The room was a decent size and beds were comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well. Shampoo and conditioner dispenser needed to be refilled though. I brought my own since most times, hotels don’t have shampoo and conditioner but when I saw that they had it and I wanted to try it but the conditioner was empty which was a little disappointing because it smelled really good.

Staff was very helpful! Outside noise at night could have been better addressed by staff.

We had a total of 4 rooms and daily the keys were not working on any of them. To top it off we were on the 3rd floor meaning we had to keep going downstairs to get assisted. This happened to other guests as well throughout the hotel. We also arrived at the scheduled check in and the rooms weren't ready. I believe for the last room it was over an hour to be ready.

It was okay. Staff was very nice. There were people, on several occasions, smoking weed in the hallways.

The property was a place to sleep. The staff was very nice and there was daily service, but there seem to be a lot of people living there and the room smelled damp, musty and urine.
