no-so good because the water from the shower was leaking abundantly into the bathroom and outside the bathroom. We had to build a kind of dam with towels to try to contain the water (and it did not work very well).

Nice Hotel very centrally located. Unfortunately there was very much noise from the street untill 05.00 in the Morning.
At arrival we were told that breakfast was from 07.00 Sunday morning - but when we came down for breakfast the reception told us that is was from 07.30 and that we had misunderstood the time and asked us for the name of the person who gave that "wrong info". But actually the brakfast was ready - unfortunately without egg, bacon and sausages. - so we did not get what we paid for :(

If you have a normal sized car, take care in the parking. It is difficult to manoeuvre. We booked a room with a balcony but it was basically a ledge that wouldn’t even fit a chair. The room itself was clean but basic, the bathroom and toilet were tired. The toilet flush was hanging off the wall and when trying to adjust the shower head height, the fixture came off the wall. The staff are friendly and the location is great, but the hotel is tired and over-priced.

Perfect hotel for champagne houses about 20-30 mins walk. Also the cathedral in 15 mins walk. Plenty of great restaurants, brasserries and coffee shops within 5 mins walking. Nice room sizes and nice rooftop bar/breakfast area.

Great hotel. Renovated as described. We had a family suite which was very comfortable for 3 adults.
FANTASTIC location. 5 minute walk from Reims Centre train station. Just down the street from the famous Place d'Erlon which is full of food and shops. 10-15 minute walk to all the famous sites such as the Cathedra, Opera House, Place Royal... and major shopping district. Would definitely stay here again.

From the first warm welcome by reception staff to the final goodbye, our stay was just perfect. Our room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was well organised, with staff checking and replenishing the tasty items on offer. This hotel is in an ideal location, short walk to the shops, restaurants, cathedral and station.

The hotel is in a great location It is just around the corner from the fabulous plaza full of bars and restaurants of every kind. The plaza is car free so very pleasant to dine outside. The car park beneath the hotel has very tight spaces but we managed. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic hotel right in the heart of everything! Great dinning options and close to all the sites. The rooms were good size and the bathroom was very big. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I definitely would stay here again! Also great view of the cathedral from the7th floor patio.

The staff were very helpful. Room service was great. Location is the best. Their air conditioning is non-existent. It was 90 degrees outside and about the same in the unit. The say it’s working but it’s not, it was miserable.
The breakfast buffet is just terrible. One morning the eggs were way over cooked and the next day they were raw and loose uneatable. One day the sausage and bacon were literally burnt and the next day the sausage was good but the bacon was raw and undercooked. By our last day we could hardly get ourselves to go down and eat before we left the hotel.
We are long time loyal Holiday Inn customers. This was far from what we usually experience. This place was dirty and really unkept. I was surprised that Holiday Inn folks allow this place to be a part of their group.

Area of hotel is outstanding, everything is walkable (shopping, dining, cinema, sites). Inside the hotel was average, elevator need upgrading, parking is small and tight. Restaurant on the 7th floor is overpriced, average tasting and they are in need of a true bartender! The room with balcony was nice and clean and roomy, AC worked beautifully, but don’t pay for balcony room. You don’t get to see anything due to the tall partitions. It’s mainly for those that smoke not for viewing.

Wonderful location, in center of Reims but off the main square so quieter. We were greeted by a very friendly woman who helped us settle in and allowed us to store our luggage the next day. The room was clean, comfortable with the basic amenities and the breakfast was served in a lovely restaurant with a great overlook of the city.

Stayed in a room with separate living area. Hotel was very conveniently located, close to main station and a supermarket, as well as shopping and dining options. Staff were friendly. Room was very spacious. Decor rather drab. Hotel air conditioning was not effective. Possibly a central system not yet switched over to cooling mode for the pending summer months?
