Carpet was filthy. Was so dirty that if you walked barefooted on it your feet would be black. The exterior was not maintained.Several areas needed cleaning and painted.

Customer service was poor, lots of noise through the area, phones didn’t work, no towels, internet wasn’t working. Bed was hard as a rock. Room smelled. Asked to be refunded a day since I left early and was denied. Far better places to stay I was just using it for convenience and was sadly mistaken

It was a good stay but I was not there for pleasure just needed a place to stay for a funeral. The price was okay but they added a bunch of stuff on the bill at checkout so the price you see online is not total price.

The first room smelled like someone had poured a whole bottle of pine sol in the room. When I took a shower, the water was very slow to drain, paint peeling on the room and you could see light around the door when locked. The staff was very good in getting me a different room, but the other room was still not super clean and did smell a little musty. The rooms are very dated, with no improvements. Did not even look close to the pictures. One good thing is it is right next door to a Waffle House, even though breakfast is included (did not attempt to eat there). The price was definitely not worth the stay, even due to the fact it was a home game for FSU football.

The price was great. It seems clean and good customer service. The rooms were outdated but fairly clean.

I did not stay at the hotel. Attempted several times to cancel and have been charged for two nights when I didn’t even stay there. Management is a disaster. I will be filing an against this hotel. I drove past after I attempted to cancel, it appeared to be filthy. I would not recommend it to my enemies. Horrible

Old and outdated decor. Carpet filthy and sticky.

(1) Prostitute standing in front next to the door. (2) I asked for the Cleanest room with the Most Comfortable bed. He said "ALL the beds are comfortable". I got checked in and he took me and showed a room. It was back behind the office in like a hallway. It was pretty dark back there and I told the man I didn't feel comfortable there. I asked if he had something like NOT under the walkway! He said "OH YOU DON'T WANT TO BE OVER THERE"! He showed me the room. (3) There was a small sofa in the room. It had ICKY looking spots on it! I told him the Sofa looked ICKY! He said " Well you said you wanted our best room"! "this is our BEST ROOM"! (4) Carpet was FILTHY! (5) I Went to make the bed the way I like it, I found spots on the Blanket that looked like "POOP". I called the office and by now there was ANOTHER man in the office. I asked if he had another blanket and told him why I wanted it. He said something and I couldn't understand him, so I said excuse me? (6) He said in a VERY loud voice " I SAID I WILL SEE AND IF I FIND ONE I WILL BRING IT"! I said "Okay Thank You"! A few minutes later he brought a Blanket and I gave him the one off of the bed! I said Thank You! He said NOTHING! (7) I noticed little HAIR'S all over the sheets! I said Nothing about that cause I didn't want to talk to him again.....I just wiped them off! I went and took a shower! (8) There was MOLD in the corners of the shower wall!
