Very extremely friendly staff, Adam the front desk employee was absolutely wonderful

Facility outdated and dingy.

Room was well done, clean. Everything was in its place.

Upon entering the room for the evening, we tried to get in our room., Neither of our keys work, so we went down to the desk, they re-made the keys came back up, none of them worked agai，27 minutes later. Finally, someone from the desk came up， first comment they made after getting off the elevator was. "You tell anyone you had a dog, you shouldn't be on the third floor!"well, there were 2 other dogs on the third floor and they said nothing about them, we'd already made a notation when we made the reservation', she finally unlocked the door, we had to take turns going in and and out because we didn't have a key that worked. Other than that, bared necessities a place to sleep and that's about it.

Not really anything

No microwave in room when amenities said it was supposed to have one. Also towels smelt like cigarettes and it was a non smoking room. Cleaning people were rude when we were leaving check out was at 11 and it was 10:30 and they were trying to get in the room to clean . Husband is in wheelchair and he felt like he was moving to slow for them..

No breakfast

No hot water at first. The elevator didn't work at first. Good washer, dryer. Refrigerator didn't work.

Liked that I had a Jacuzzi in my room, ground floor, close to gas station and stores, quiet.

My Jacuzzi didn't work. Wasn't compensated for it and paid a heafty fee for that room only to be romantically let down. And who wants to change rooms when they're in the middle of intimacy at 1am-2am...?

Nothing about this day there are bed bugs in room 106 transfer me to room 208 it's nasty Dusty dirty comforter tub dirty floor dirty cigarette butts dust nasty floor is not having the floor hasn't even been cleaned properly not enough for me to take my shoes off and walk with my socks on

Bed bugs dust spider webs from the ceiling tub was dirty floor was dirty both rooms are nasty 106 have bed bugs in it they moved me to two room 208 it's dirty comforter dust and dirt behind the bed cigarette butts dust around the box spring box board the room hasn't been cleaned properly at all

Flying bugs in first room. 2nd room light by bed placed too hi too high to reach without getting out of bed. No kleenix. Chipped tub and sink in both rooms. Reservation errors. Worst motel experience ever. Im 75.
