Friendly staff, very helpful. Room was clean, we had no issues or problems.

We arrived after a 5 hour drive to be told they wouldn’t accept our dog be cause he was too big. I chose that hotel because they were pert friendly and they have no weight restrictions on the site. He was very rude. I asked if he could show me where the restrictions are and he only response was “You can’t stay here!”

Quite. Bed was comfy . Room clean . Bathroom by tub and wall wall stained brown. Smelled musty in room . Staff was nice.

Very old, smelly place. Elevator out of service, so we had to haul our luggage on stairs. Everything just felt gross and uncomfortable.

I didn’t like being right next door to the swimming pool and vending machine. It was noisy and the humidity from the pool seemed to affect the room.
The towels were pretty scratchy, perhaps to discourage theft?

It wasn’t the worst place and did what it needed to for one night. The front desk person seemed bothered that I needed to check in. There was also no hot water to shower with.

The people who work the night shift are extremely rude. We needed a fresh bed set (we were swimming and came up, my niece had came to swim, she sat on the bed and had an accident) we went downstairs explained what happened, he politely got it at first, then ran around the corner saying mam mam are you sure your dog didn’t do it? When you call them for anything they act like you ruined their night.

There was a $3 charge that when I checked in said I could remove it but when I tried to get it removed - there’s never anyone at the front desk. Was always speaking to someone on the phone that tried to tell me it was a tax charge and when I told them that the person checking us in said we could remove it when we checked out then the person on the phone said it would be removed. We will see if they remove the charge.
I would not stay here again especially for what we paid.

Parking was difficult, staff were rude, actually threw my license and credit card at me. Room was okay except for bathroom, no hot water in shower, toilet didn’t flush correctly, towels were like burlap, floor was sticky, in the morning when down for breakfast, elevator not working, breakfast was fair, everything was cold. Not my best experience.

It was quiet and your basic cleaning was done I just liked the location due to it being close to both places we wanted to see with my littles and the front desk was super nice and accommodating

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and condition of the room and property. The room was quiet. The bed was too firm for my liking but all the furniture was in good condition.

Very simple hotel. Expensive for what it offered but it was a baseball tourney weekend so supply and demand, I guess. It was nice they started breakfast early and it was well shocked with simple food items amd drinks. Pool was clean with plenty of towels

Pool was freezing cold! There is no hot tub. I wasn't sure if it was not turned on or not, no one ever in it. Average looking hotel, nothing really stands out as far as the property, breakfast was okay, clean rooms, hallways and common areas.

The online photos make this place look nicer than it is. The rooms are rundown and desperately need updating. Curtains and bedding are dingy and the towels are so tiny they barely dry a body.
The good things...the bed was comfortable. The room was clean, despite needing updating. The breakfast area does look like it's been updated. That area was nice. The rooms were quiet. If you just need a place to lie your head, this will do, but honestly I think the price point was a bit high for what you get.

This is a very run fown hotel. The young man at the front desk was very kind and friendly. When we got to thecroom, it wreaked of smoke. We debated asking for a new room, but we were tired. My daughter wanted to swim and the pool was freezing and had a dirty mark all around it. Breakfast was decent.

Guests were served spoiled milk at breakfast that expired four days earlier. My review would be lower if it weren't for the front desk staff in the afternoon/evening and the cleanliness of the pool.

The property and pictures were not what I expected. It smelled like mildew and very noisy. I ended up having to check out early due to family emergency. I booked through a third party and they have been trying to reach out to the hotel for
a potentially for refund. Front desk worker was rude and stayed in the back and avoided me till I checked out.
