Our room was near the ppol so from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. it was very noisy..Also the maintenance was near our room..You could hear them all hours of the day and night..need new pillows!!!

My husband is handicap and at check in they arraigned the room to be very accessible for him. The front desk was absolutely amazing. This is the second time we have stayed there, but not the last. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a clean, friendly place to stay. We didn't take advantage, but in the evening there were several families swimming and the pool area looked fantastic.

The hotel is in a great location for enjoying the other activities in Pigeon Forge. Great value for the money. My only suggestion is to use brighter lightbulbs. The room is a little dark. The orange paint on walls contributes to the darkness.

We booked the room, requested an ADA compliant room through Hotels.com as well as Called the Hotel. Room was confirmed only to find out that the room when we arrived was not ADA compliant, nor did they have any available. We ended up located on the second floor, pool balcony interior. Construction was taking place on the rooms opposite of ours which led to unrestful nights. ADA Compliant parking was scarce, some odd four or so spots. No effort was made by staff, at any point, to offer us an ADA compliant room when one was available. The stay was for a Week at around 900$.
I want a refund honestly.

The location was wonderful for the type of stay and activities we wanted to do. The overall comfort of the bed/pillows/chairs could've been updated and newer. King size pillows on a king size bed makes more sense than the little ones, but it worked for a weekend trip just fine.

Econo Lodge is a nice, realtively inexpensive place to stay in Pidgeon Forge. It is located right on the main road and is conveniently located. Hotel rooms do look older, but the bed was comfortable. Parking is free. There is a nice river/stream on the back side with some sitting areas

This was a good hotel since we weren’t in it that much. The pools were nice, the breakfast was good and the staff was friendly. The hotel was in a good place and the the river was nice. The room we had was not the best. It had a smell as soon as we walked in and the carpet was not very good.

We have stayed at this location many times, this stay we really noticed it seems to need updating. Was surprised there was no hair dryer in the room. Overall still good convenient place to stay.

This hotel was really good value for money, especially in comparison to other econolodges, was clean and comfortable wasn't outdated, breakfast could use some improving, not bagels and they water down the orange juice. Would stay again.

Our stay was “okay”. We’re an elder couple and our room was front door to the pool. It was noisy from about 6pm until 10pm. The room was very clean and our bed was comfy. We would stay again but not next to swimming pool.

It was a beautiful area. The river is such a great area. The pool and facilities are very clean. The room was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel. The only complait is the sounds from outside are loud in the room and the ac unit needs some attention

My wife and I love to stay at this hotel! Location is great with a beautiful river around back! We love to walk to the Christmas Place next door and take a romantic walk at night under the lights! Love the great cozy feeling in the rooms and it’s always clean, which is a MUST!

It was just a place to sleep. Nothing fancy. Was overpriced. Didn’t appreciate the maid standing outside our door at 10:00 waiting for us to check out.

My only complaint is there is no trailer parking. So we came with truck and motorcycle trailers.
Maybe more clear that they dont mean camping trailers. Thank you for making the exeption since we are here off season midweek.

We were close to Pigeon Forge after visiting my new grand baby. We drove up and went in to see if anything was available, it was. We got a bottom floor room, very roomy and very clean. We were really happy about this.

Everything was great except for the sound of traffic. If you don't want the noise, request the non-traffic side of the property. Also, the air condition unit seemed to make excessive noise.

The hotel was very nice and in very good location for where we stayed. Close to the Island and not too far from the attractions that we went to see. The breakfast was very good.

This hotel was dingy and dirty with uncomfortable beds. The air didn't work properly so we struggled with that the first night until they fixed it. Noisy property at all hours!! Maintenance smoking right outside of rooms as we walked by. Marijuana smell as well all over this property. Overall this place is NOT a place we would visit again!!
