The place was very nice until we saw 3 roaches in our room.
It's a little dated and needs a remodel. The free happy hour they over-pour to make up for everything.
The made-to-order breakfast was delicious, but the stuff made in advance was rubbery.

The reception with drinks and horderves were Fantastic and the help was exceptional. The barmaid was very nice and attentive. The room was great except broken TP holder and no Kleenex. Otherwise great!

The hotel itself was wonderful - very clean, upscale feeling without the upscale price. It is located in the lot of an abandoned mall, so at first it was strange. But VERY convenient to College of Coastal Georgia and minutes from St. Simons.

Property was dated. Rooms were clean. Staff was superior in every way. All encounters with staff were pleasant and left you with the impression that they were there for you.

Stay was great! Staff was friendly and the room was clean which is the top points for most people. The happy hour was a nice time to sit down and relax to chat after our travel. The fresh made omelete station at breakfast was a nice surprise! Only stayed one night but would have no problem staying longer if in the area again

Coffee is weak.
The mall is a dessert town. It has like two stores. It’s not even technically connected to the mall anymore. They permanently locked the doors to it. So you have to get in your car and drive all the way around.

Overall the hotel is just a tad dated. There was this musty, wet smell that permeated the premises. Our room was comfortable but needed updating. There were ants in the room and the carpet was wet; we asked to be moved. The staff was amazing granting the request to be moved. Breakfast was top notch.

The hotel was nice and a little unique, the room was clean and service was good. However, the hotel has serious ventilation issues! It was HOT throughout the whole place including in our room. The ac was set on 66 but never got below 75. We even checked a different room and it was just as warm.

I would stay here again. The pool was smaller than I thought it would be, but it was private and nice with the green wall. The outlet plates in the room were loose. The breakfast was very good, but the omelet line became long quickly. There were plenty of luggage trollies. The lighting was bright and welcoming.

I love everything except for the rooms not cooling off if you have the suite with a sitting area and bedroom you must choose which room to cool i blocked off the vent sp the bedroom would cool. Its hot in the room the dining area,elevator all the way to the car.

The hotel was great! Unfortunately we were familiar with the area and the mall adjacent to the hotel. The mall was a bonus feature to the hotel. The mall closed and is gated and locked from the hotel so you can't even mall walk. It was a plus bonus for me. We really enjoyed our stay!

We were there for a funeral and the staff accommodated us, with so many family members, by providing us a area to meet. Rooms were very clean and the staff was excellent.

The room was musty when we entered it, and we turned on the air conditioner to see if it would improve, but the temperature never changed and it was hot at night time with a musty smell
