A throwback experience. Meaning a hotel with excellent customer service who truly cares.

Hotel was very nice and clean. The room was clean and updated. Nice large pool and decent size hot tub. Breakfast included was good with a lot of options. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The desk chair in our room had a few tears out of it but other than that the room was in good condition. Everything was clean. Breakfast service was good and we purchased discounted tickets to local attractions through the hotel which was very helpful. Our son loved the pool.

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Close in handicap parking. only real negative was they use an outside entity to send requests for pre-check-in and they ask for a photo of your driver's license. There is no way I am ever going to do that!

Most of the staff were really lovely, friendly and hospitable. I did find some areas of the room could have been updated with newer furnishing. There wasn’t much for dining in walking distance which would be nice.

I was really impressed with our stay. We booked during a busy weekend (Grandmas Marathon) so we didn’t have many options for hotel availability. Before arriving I was expecting to be disappointed, however the hotel exceeded my expectations! Clean, quiet, comfortable, with great staff. Room had a mini fridge and microwave which is nice since a lot of hotels are starting to only have microwaves in the lobby. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Duluth. If you book here you won’t be disappointed.

The hotel is very-well maintained and houses a very prompt and friendly staff. The rates are extremely competitive for the area. This particular location is in a sort of “industrial” area and adjacent to a local “car show” area that has revving engines going late into the night on weekends. Very easy access to expressway, however, and only a 10-minute drive to any of Duluth’s sights.

Spent one night here while seeing some friends and while checking out some of the Duluth sites.
Hotel was clean, comfortable, easy to get to, and had no issues with any part of our stay.
We didn't have time to use the pool, but it looked like a decent pool area.

We have stayed here several times and never had a problem. But this time the nightstand hasn't been cleaned and we requested housekeeping and never got it.

Couldnt use hot tub. Room number was missing from door. Mgmt seems to be crux of issues. Went for breakfast at 9am only to be told it ended at 9am. Staff let me take what little bit of food that was left.

Pretty nice place! The only thing we didn’t like is how loud the showers are. We could hear them right through the walls. The shower floor was very dirty looking. Bathroom floor might have been just stained. Otherwise everything else was perfect and everyone was nice.
