A nice hotel. Clean and roomy. Got 4 towels and 4 pillows on each bed.
Hotel is warm enough I don't need to turn on heater in the room that will dry the air.
$84 for one night double queen bed is a very good deal, but no breakfast only coffee and tea

My experience was very good I will stay again

The place was not bad at all it’s the people that was in the next room who was loud in the middle of the morning and even after we woke up. There was no respect for others whatsoever.

Beethoven, the first one I checked into was not cleaned and they moved me into the next room and then the bathtub didn’t drain. No refund no apology was made.

Very clean building with a friendly staff. Clean room and sheets. One thing is that the floor above our room is that you can hear the footsteps of the people walking around Breakfast is very basic of coffee, muffins, yogurt and granola bars. . over all it’s a solid 3 star hotel.

They were very nice! I appreciate the hospitality and professionalism of all the staff members. I remember when this hotel was the Best Western. I loved it then and i really love it now!!

Nice place

Our room was spotlessly clean. Tina at the front desk is a gem. She was very helpfull to us and friendly. The breakfast was basic but there was enough selections to get us fed for the road. The property has had great renovations done and is bright and clean. The area is a bit sketchy but it didnt bother us because we spent all of our time enjoying our spacious clean room. Soft sheets and absorbent towels. Fantastic powerfull shower with excellent water pressure.

Hotel rooms were good and staff were helpful but the area is rough and right across the street is a homeless encampment.

The hotel was great and clean. I just felt unsafe as there was a large unhoused population when i would have to walk to my car.
Staff was really nice and welcoming

Positives:
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Right next door to Burger King.
Not positives:
Very uncomfortable bed. Room did not get cleaned, not even trash being taken out for the several days we were there... if we didn't go down to get towels we would have been stuck with the same towels the entire stay.
Homeless campers on property every night though the police cleared them out first thing every morning. Breakfast is bagged and long gone before we woke up every day rather than a normal buffet style that would have been nice.
Ultimately, we've stayed at worse so gave an overall 4 stars as it met our expectations.

The staff were extremely helpful Tina and Jason.
The hotel was good but the surrounding area was full of homeless people camping .onlt that we had booked we probably would have not stayed here as it had an unsafe vibe about the area.

It’s near to downtown

Hotel itself is great, but the area is filled with homeless people and addicts.

I can't complain much about my stay. The place was newly renovated and was kept reasonably clean. Some of the room amenities like the hot plate & Coffee Maker advertised weren't in the room. We have to get it from the front desk.
The biggest surprise was that there's no signage on to he outside of the premises.
I was told the change over was a couple of months ago. The signage besides the roadway still displays the old name. We missed the entrance the first time we drove by because of that. Google map eventually brought us to the building but we're still not sure about it until we went to the front desk.

property convenient to Delta Park and Portland International Raceways. rooms clean and neat. breakfast adequate but minimal. Property has on site security because of the surrounding homeless camps. Sharie's Restaurant is close and adequate.
1.5 / 5.0
Other than the bed being comfortable, the room, the hallways and the lobby were kind of dingy. Things did not seem clean or well attended to, including the elevator. Most importantly, there is a large homeless population that inhabits the parking lot and surrounding areas. None of this was mentioned in reviews, this property. Especially with pets or Children, it's unsettling. Also, for a place advertising extended stay, there was absolutely nothing in the kitchen in terms of plates or utensils or anything else to use the kitchen. Especially for the price, it seemed like a place in disservice

room had issues with tub drain not working and blind not working. They said it would be fixed during the day when I was out, but nothing was done as now they said they have no maintenance staff to fix anything. So after a discussion they agreed to move me to a new room. The breakfast was nothing more than coffee, some snack bars, instant porridge packages and vacuum sealed eggs. This was all after a 25 minute process to checkin and running back as keys for the door would not work. Not going back.

Very convenient to the venue I attend once a year but neighborhood is full of homeless. Restaurant availability very limited in the area. Staff at hotel was quite helpful. First room assigned was not cleaned. Moved quickly to another room. Breakfast much limited compared to last year when under different management.

The property itself was fine. The room was big and clean, we liked it. But the area was not good. I would not reccomend walking in that area due to the homeless population and the likelihood of crime. However the parking lot was safe enough. No break ins

We recently stayed at this locatuon due to its proximity to PIR. The staff was curteous and helpful. The room was spacious and well appointed. The full size fridge and stove top were unexpected but a nice touch. The water pressure in our shower left some thing to be desired but the water pressure from the sink was top notch. Ha ha. My only real thoughts for improvements would be a bigger variety of foods at the continental breakfast. The homeless situation around the facilities is definitely noticeable but didn't give us any trouble, its not the hotels fault. Look forward to staying here again next year for the races at PIR.

do NOT stay here! unsafe area. large homeless population roaming around the area at all times. toilet didn’t work from day one. breakfast was hard boiled eggs powdered oatmeal small muffins coffee Nothing else! no juice or other drink options. when you ask for anything basic like hot water for oatmeal it’s all bad attitude. this used to be a best western on 8-21-24 so there are no reviews for extended stay! never again

told no one would be checked in before 3:00 - at 3:00 no one would help the line of us waiting to check-in. Two employees both walked away.
Finally helped by a different person a few minutes later.
The breakfast was an absolute joke! No water, juice or anything else to drink. Not everyone drinks coffee and hot tea.
We had to ask for TP for our room. No wash clothes of hand towels,
Water did not drain in tub - 6+ inches in the bottom of dirty tub while trying to take a quick shower. GROSS!!

Liking:- very clean and large room, very nice bathroom, good service
To improve:- lot of unwanted people roaming around outside the hotel. Didn’t have any milk or cereals for kids in breakfast

Comfortable and accommodating

Room was recently renovated, all new and clean but I had to ask for the hair dryer and coffee maker. The renovation workers were still on-site for some public areas, the hallway carpet was still dirty and might be planned to be replaced.
Breakfast was very basic, the receptionist was not always on position.
The GYM had no air-conditioner! equipment was not very well configured.
Many homeless were just 50 meters away, so the location is not good.

The hotel itself was great. The surroundings however seem sketchy. Nothing happened to us or our car but there was so many homeless around.

Highly unsafe property filled full of homeless, managment is extreamly rude. Slams maid carts into doors at 11am screaming its checkout time. We where doing a last minute check for items. Checked the time was 10:35am. At least 6 cars had windows smashed out. Managment said "Park at own risk" Byron Black Worst front dest/ Manager

Amazing staff and amazing experience

The room has breadcrumbs on the window sill and the ants are all over there. They nest in the air conditioning and they come out and in all the time. So disgusting! The environment around the hotel is also not very good. But that the price you paid for. Will not come back.

It was a nice stay for me and my husband but i wouldnt stay there if we had our sons. A lot of homeless people in the area. Didnt seem unsafe, but id rather be safe than sorry, especially when it comes to my family. Staff was nice and rooms were clean.

More homeless peoples around. Nice and new hotel

Great experience! Very friendly and professional staff, nicely appointed rooms, and super comfy beds! Who could ask for more? Clean, fresh, with a good vibe. Don't let the neighborhood or surrounding area turn you off of this hidden gem.

I was very disappointed with area around. The entrance was hard to fine with bunch of homeless people around. The building looked very nice from the photo but the actual building was okay. The room was not bad but we found hairs here and there… I would say overall it was not a bad place to stay but the area near by was bad.
4.0 / 5.0
Even though the hotel is well maintained and 24/7 armed security. The hotel has found itself in a part of Portland where society is breaking down. It is no fault of the hotel BUT it does change the experience when the parking lot amd surrounding area is full of homeless people. They keep to themselves but can be an uneasy feeling walking to your car at night

Things were rocky off the bat because they couldn’t find our reservation. The call at the front desk was super nice though and directed me on what to do. She ended up having to call her boss down who was off the clock, but he had no problem helping us. They both were so nice and kind. A couple hours after we checked in the safe in the room started beeping and we couldn’t get it to stop. When we went downstairs they offered us a new room right away which we greatly appreciated. It was smooth sailing from there! We asked for a late check out and they didn’t have a problem with that either which we greatly appreciated. It’s recently renovated and it’s very clean. Every staff member we interacted with was super kind and helpful and caring. It’s probably the nicest hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time, we’ll definitely be staying there again.
