Not great, just okay. Remodeling definitely needs done.
Offers breakfast which was pretty good, but counters weren’t cleaned off during time frame. Items weren’t replenished in a timely manner.
Room: bed seemed clean, but sheets were very scratchy. Sloppy repainting job. But did offer coffee pot, microwave, mini fridge and safe which were used and appreciated.
There was something slopped on the floor of the lobby that remained there all weekend.

The hotel needs updated. The wall above the Wall socket in bathroom was pushed in. The repairs around shower/ bath were terrible. The carpet was filthy and the curtains were falling off the wall. The comfy chair was not comfortable at all.

Start with the positives. Beds were decent. Location was good. That was pretty much all of the positives. The negatives... Lack of cleaniness, the towels or thred bare and stained. Someone else's dirty socks in the floor when we arrived. All the tables in our room are broke and repaired poorly. Fridge missing a foot, so every time you opened door, everything rolled out. Peeling plaster and dirty walls. Overall just old and dirty.

We were there for Schnauzerfest. It was very close to the forum and everyone was very nice and helpful. Only thing I didnt care for was how high the beds are. For short peolle like me high beds arent good lol

I was on first floor next to parking lot. Unfortunately a group of workers staying at the hotel were outside at their cars socializing until after midnight making difficult to get rest and sleep.

It was an average stay i stayed here a few years ago and it seems to have dropped some in quality

The staff was all very nice and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The plaster was pealing some in the bathroom and there was no plug for the tub, but that didn’t affect our stay. Breakfast was adequate…the only problem we had was trying to get out of the parking lot- heavy traffic and a fairly blind curve. We used the back exit and went around the block. Otherwise, a nice reasonably priced hotel, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks

Outdated, rusted, broken fixtures with poor lighting. Strong bleach smell in bedding. Hot water with good pressure but mold on shower head. Everything empty both days at breakfast and cranky staff saying i just filled it or i just got here, you must not be using it. The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to sleep but it did keep the room cool. The bed was decent once i got used to the bleach smell and exhausted by the loud ac unit. Spent as much time away as possibly. Ok if your looking for a dingy of dingiest stays. Slightly cheaper than other places but Fyi, pay a little extra for mych needed comfort!

Great staff and hot breakfast! Check in was easy and there was a staff member at the desk even with our arrival being after midnight. Property was a littl dated but rooms were clean and in working order. Great stay for the price.

The property is in a state of disrepair. The paint is chipping everywhere, and there are greasy, dirty smudges on the doors, walls, and appliances. The carpet feels crunchy, and the entire place smells damp and musty with mildew.
The upside was the staff was pleasant.

I guess the southern part makes the hotel feel old. The staff will ramble through your belongings I don’t know if it’s the maid or the crazy manager he was the devil from hell. He seems to be not reasonable or sensible and for this reason I will never stay again not even for free. I was double charged my 3rd party charged and the hotel charge me. NEVER AGAIN

The baggage cart that we used was almost impossible to steer! I disliked that the elevator was so far away from check in! But the property appeared to be CLEAN which is Very important when I travel!

It was ok for a cheap price. Definitely did NOT match the online pictures. Plenty or stores and restaurants nearby. The area seemed a little unsafe right around the hotel.

I thought for the price it would be decent and not a crack hotel. The hotel was in disrepair. The "updates" it seemed they tried to make were sloppily done and was like putting lipstick on a pig. Also i did not feel safe for myself or my vehicle, there were alot of what seemed like unsavory people everywhere. I will definitely never stay here again.
