Great walkable location. Friendly staff.

On Friday I unplugged my charger and fire (not just sparks actual fire) flew out and landed on the floor. The smoke alarm did not go off but I called down and they said they would send someone up. After waiting 25 minutes I went to front desk. They said they would take my valet off my bill. Not sure if they did but my mac book charger does not work due to this and it is $80 for a new one. Restaurant was fine but this building needs remodeled

Was in Pittsburgh for the Steelers versus Jets football game. The hotel was very convenient to the stadium and to restaurants and shops downtown.

We have stayed at this hotel many times. We are big Steelers fans. Everything was great except for the valet parking. It was a disaster on arrival and departure. Over an hour standing at the curb waiting for our vehicle, along with 50+ other people. Not enough people. Not a good system.

The lobby area has been redone so upon entering you are led to believe this hotel has been updated and is nice. Thats where it ends. The rooms were in awful shape and not clean. Soap scum on shower glass, hair on walls. The wallpaper is peeling in multiple places and even missing in some. We paid for a city view but were met with a building next door view. When we inquired, we were told this is still city view. The bed is rock hard and uncomfortable. DO NOT use the coffee maker. We ran multiple empty runs through and all came out brown. There was trash littered all over the hallways and elevators. Some for the entire visit. The restaurant was closed on a Friday and Saturday evening. For $300 a night, you would think they would put a little effort into keeping this place up to par but a motel 6 would have been nicer.

The room smelled and was very worn down. Definitely not worth $410 per night. Not even close. A total renovation has to be done. Tgeroom hasn't been upgraded since the 80’s.

We got an awesome room with a great view of the city. The hotel is right near Gateway Center and Fifth Avenue place - very beautiful with tons of restaurants and shopping in close walking distance. It was so wonderful. Staff was great! We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again! A little on the expensive side but worth it. They also gave me a military discount.

Great location for beginning the GAP trail.

Lots of noise late at night. No effort on the part of hotel staff to mitigate the disruptive and loud behavior of other guests, even when asked to do so. Very disappointed, especially given the rates charged. The management needs to pay closer attention to their paying guests who seek a comfortable and safe environment rather than those who party and carry on late at night in a loud and raucous manner and ruin the experience of others. I will never return to this property. If you enjoy paying a very high rate and having loud drunk guests next door and an unresponsive hotel management, this is the property for you.

At 1:30 AM, couple next door were arguing in very loud voices using profanities. I called the front desk twice to report the situation. After 45 minutes, I went downstairs and pleaded with the staff to please do something about this. It was loud and we couldn't sleep. They said they would but never actually came to our floor to investigate. The management of this property refused to intervene while several guests suffered through this loud and atrocious incident. Guests who act out like this should be told to stop or be removed from the property. The management of this hotel refused to intervene on behalf of several guests who had to endure this horrendous situation. The next morning, the Wyndham representative apologized but would not have a manager come to talk to me. They were "too busy". I will never stay at this property again. Especially when the management makes no effort to investigate and remedy unacceptable situations such as this.

Had a great stay after the WVU PITT game.

The staff was very helpful and made it extremely easy when we decided to extend our stay.

Stay was very good although the breakfast buffet was very unimpressive for the price.

Didn’t get the room I booked, bathtub was filthy. As were the air vents. Convenient location, but meh

Love staying here when visiting Pittsburgh. Easy walk to PNC Park. Love to walk out to the point. Allowed to check in early and upgrade to a king room. Staff is friendly.

Average stay, hotel itself could use updating (make sure light bulbs aren’t burnt out, rugs need stretched or replaced, painting, etc), staff were helpful but definitely nothing above and beyond, snack bar is only option in the hotel for a quick bite and when the employee that runs it takes a break there is no telling when they’ll be back (as confirmed with check in staff). Timing didn’t work out at all for us so we were left hungry until dinner once arriving. Overall very average stay, will probably look elsewhere next time we stay in Pitt.

Our stay was excellent! Very busy but valet, front desk and all staff were able to assist everyone in an expedient manner. (Pitt football game, Pirates game and wedding)

Before last weekend we had stayed at this hotel once last year… The last time we were there we were on a higher floor and had a really nice mostly updated room… This time we stayed on the 12th floor in our room was in much need of an update!!! Still can’t beat the location or the price… So I would still recommend staying here!! We love Pittsburgh!

Awesome as always! Great proximity to events. Fun pool. Outstanding staff. Will definitely return. Used the Starbucks in lobby this trip. Thise employees were very rude and condescending. Spoke to front desk and issues were dealt with promptly.
