It looks bad and the elevator needs work

For a night stay if fair, you get what you pay. Staff was super friendly not their fault property is lacking maintenance. Over all it was a ok stay

The pool was greenish yellow, clearly not maintained in past few weeks, unfit for use. Bath tub stained. Base around tub, walls and commode dirty. Right hand wall to enter bath room was missing baseboard and dirty. When we checked in we were exspecting at least refrig and microwave in room, were told our room did not have but we could pay extra to get them, that is what we did and even after the premium still receive a room in above condition. 1/2 of machines in common breakfast are were labeled broken, food service was a small tray of bread, 5 bagel and 5 muffins. Drinks choice was coffee or apple juice. We will never stay at this location again and will not discuss it favorably with any one who ask our opion

The pictures are very misleading. Rusty with paint chipping of the doors. As well as funky smelling room

The room they gave us had blood on he mattress covers, live & dead roaches in the dresser drawers. Black mold all over the bathroom shower. It was the most disgusting & unsafe & major health hazard situation I have ever experienced. Even the patrol on duty told us we picked one of the worst hotels to stay in because it was known for drug traffic and unsafe to be in.

Rooms were beyond dirty and disgusting.all the way around under beds walls toilet shower floors, water would even drain in the shower

This hotel is ran by smelly people so I assume that’s why the rooms smell terrible as well. The AC did not work and switched rooms and even then it still didn’t work and were sleeping in hot temperatures. The pool was murky probably due to the fact that we saw people having intercourse one day beside it, the rude incompetent manager didn’t mind that! But what he did mind was me having a guest and charged knowing I had problems with the AC, who does that? Did I mention roaches and blood and mold in the curtains? If I was them I keep my eye out for the Health Department since they will be in contact.

I was surprised how nice the rooms were. Nice big tv pull out bed and sofa bed and nice dining table. Room was very spacious. I Will definitely stay here again.

Staff was ok. Deposit/hold was refunded immediately. Pool are was not kept well. Some parts of building needed repair. Room wasn’t cleaned throughly. Free breakfast was lacking ie not many options for anything. Surrounding rooms and area smelled heavily of marijuana (hotel was nonsmoking). Room smelled very musty.

I always enjoy my stay

The toilet was filthy like hair was on it and I’m talking about private hair and pee , mold in the shower. We pulled up and there was a domestic violence incident happening & a lady pulled the fire alarm to the stop the guy from hitting her. The room smelt like cigarettes & funk.

Quickly to fix any issues

We checked in and did not have towels, wash cloth, hand towels. THE BLOW DRYER DIDN'T WORK. THE ICE MACHINE WAS BROKE. I ASK FOR A 1ST FLOOR ROOM BECAUSE MY HUSBAND HAD A BROKE ANKLE AND THEY CHARGED ME $10 FOR A ROOM DOWNSTAIRS. I CALLED TO GET A BLOW DRYER AND THEY NEVER BROUGHT IT TO ME. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE

When I first came to my room, I noticed the smell of strong mildew. The floors were dirty. The tub was not draining. The beds were poorly made. They had hair from previous guest. It was completely utterly disgusting.

This place was not clean or safe. Rooms smell of mold and bathrooms have black mold that could be easily cleaned but is not. We were told we should pay extra for the “upgraded” room so I would hate to see the others. Tiny useless pillows, dirty floors(right after cleaning), zero amenities in room and the towels were so rough they could be used as sandpaper. Just a no to this place!

We checked into a room that had a used dirty toilet. We tried to flush it, and it wasn’t working. The front desk sent a maintenance man to try and fix it.. after over an hour, and multiple trips and tools in and out of our room… it still was not working. They did not offer another room, so we asked for a refund and got denied. We left and checked into a new hotel. We will not be back.

A little outdated, but overall fine for a quick overnight stay by myself. I would have rated it a little higher, but their advertised breakfast was a joke. There were literally four slices of wheat bread, two bagels, and one muffin in the whole breakfast area.

When we walked into the room it smelled of mildew. The a/c unit did not cool the room. The shower curtain had mold. The tub was dirty and the water did not drain when my kids took a shower. When we got into the room there were flies. The stairs were falling apart. It was gross!! When my husband went to talk to the people in the office there was another gentleman requesting his money back because his room was probably just as bad. The employees did not refund my money because I booked a non-refundable room. This is not fair and I will be disputing the charge because the room and the whole place was disgusting. I am sure there are many health violations. I will call a health inspector if I am not refunded. You should take this hotel off your website immediately!!!

Upgraded room on the ground floor. New floor, new closet doors, that was the upgrade. Faced the hwy with no baffle wall - exceedingly noisy all night. Motorcycles raced on the access road between hotel and hwy. No drain plug in the sink - had to stare at a huuuuge glob of hair while brushing my teeth. Dusty corners everywhere in room. TV came on twice in the middle of the night. Power button didn't work to turn it off, front desk wouldn't come to turn it off. Kept hitting buttons randomly until TV turned off. Bed made with sheet on TOP of the quilt. Quilt was polyester. Even with sheet relocated to under the quilt it was hot to sleep in. Breakfast - juice machine broken. For a while it looks like, worn out sign taped on it. Plastic knobs on toaster missing, had to use the metal arm to push down to drop the bread. Only powdered creamer for tea and coffee. Bread was dry, stale. Muffins small and tasteless. Another resident was checking out ahead of me - heard him talking about how long it took to change rooms when they found blood on the floor and sheets. AC was broken in their next room.

Great service

I love staying here, the staff is very helpful and friendly. The room was like my very own place. It felt cozy and was amazing. Plenty of room.

This place does NOT match the pictures posted. It is disgusting, had mold everywhere, dirty sheets, it stinks, its over all very ran down snd needs major upgrades, updates and bug exterminator. Waiting for the manager to refund my money bc we refused to stay(did not even check in)

Don’t clean thoroughly and need new towels period

It was the worst experience, the hotel offers breakfast and in reality they only have coffee and horrible bread, when you check in they tell you that your reservation is on the third floor, but for $9 dlls they can give you a room on the first floor, and if you are a person who loves your partner, do not even joke about hugging each other or holding hands and kissing because the manager will come and tell you that this is inappropriate behavior, I had a reservation for 2 nights and due to the terrible treatment they gave me I only stayed the night I arrived and left the next day when all this happened, we are not teenagers to give inappropriate shows in a family space; we are a married couple over 50 years old, we just wanted to relax and spend a nice weekend and get away from the work routine, but it was the opposite.

Dirty bloody sheets! Bugs in room! AC did not work! Nasty!!!!!!

Horrible place to stay. There’s roaches, the a/c doesn’t work properly and the sheets smell like they don’t wash them. They also want to charge you for everything.

I tried to check in 90 minutes early and they wanted to charge me an extra $25. The place was almost empty and the rooms were all ready prepared. I just felt that was a little excessive. Settled on $10 just out of convenience for me.

You get what you pay for if your tired from the sun and need a place to take some zzz’s this will meet those needs dont expect to sleep nice and cold though the Air conditioning on pur room kept the room at 78 at the lowest setting . Overall itsneeds a makeover the pool needs attention rooms are small and bathroom is very tight . Dont do the upgrade as we felt no upscale difference.Fridge and microwave are included in the upgrade if you need that though . Overall if your from out of town and dont want to drive back home and dont feel like laying down 200+ for a bed to sleep on this is the cheapest you find without being on the wrong part of town

Don’t let the pictures fool you! This hotel is definitely run down and in bad shape, i definitely won’t be coming back here again. The pool definitely didn’t look like the pool that’s in the picture either. Save your money and get a better option.

The room did not seem clean, the pillows smelled like they didn’t wash them and I’m pretty sure we had cockroaches in the room. I would not stay here ever again.

The room was hot and the pillows were very small like couch square pillows. Also there were dead roaches in the bathroom. Also the sheets and comforter smelt like wet dog or when you leave the blankets or clothes in washer for too long then dry them later or not at all. This is the worse experience I’ve ever had anywhere.
