This is by far the worst hotel I have ever been too. When I book this from Expedia it said family friendly hotel, free crib and free breakfast! When my husband and I asked about the free crib for my 4-month-old baby he told me no they don't have that and I showed them what it said on the website and he still told me no. But when the staff overheard my conversation with my parents on the phone on how the hotel needs to make it right by giving me a discount and all of a sudden a crib appeared. The staff put it in the elevator for me to go find it and he didn't even bring it to my room. I had to bring it to my room. The next day when my husband and my son went to go have breakfast they came back up and said there was only oatmeal and cereal even though it says free hot breakfast when you first drive in. The hotel is very run down. The hot tub is broken. The lights in the pool area four of them are broken The ice machine was also broken. We couldn't have ice on our stay. I'm very disappointed with this hotel.

The hotel seemed questionable. It was dim. The room itself was clean. Light switches were broken and taped off. Pool area was old and needs updating, it’s also a dim area. Hot tub was under construction. Seemed people were loitering in the parking lot.

This hotel was very run down. It had an unpleasant scent. The hallways had horrible stains on the carpet. My room had a super loud air conditioner, and there were very unpleasant stains on the chair so we couldn’t use it. I would not recommend this hotel, and I will not stay in it again.

The staff was amazing. The property was always clean. The only problems I could see were with the "continental breakfast" being poor--2 different kinds of dry cereal and apple juice ??--not really worth the effort it took to put it out. There were smokers in our hallway--can't complain to the front desk when you don't know exactly where it was coming from--almost put my husband in the hospital from affecting his asthma. Our last night there, a group of guests came into the pool area and began playing their radio extremely loud (everything is louder at the pool so they didn't really need it as loud as they had it) and having drinks--made it impossible for us to enjoy the pool so we left after only about 5 minutes. The laundry facility had 1 washer that "worked"--not really, it didn't spin so the water stayed in the base of the tub which, of course, meant the clothes were still full of water. They had 1 dryer that "worked" but you had to put clothes in for a long time for them to dry.

Place was great

The lobby is beautiful. We liked our bed and our room was spacious. The hall carpets smelled! The bathroom amenities were cheap. The breakfast had very few items. The scrambled eggs were good but there was no toast.

No early check in was available 40 minutes before check in time, hot tub was broke down, pool was very cloudy. All ice machines were inoperable and had to ask the restaurant staff for some ice. Overall the room was clean and nice and the restaurant had great burgers .

There was a very strong smell of wet carpet and mold right outside the room,there was no ventilation in the bathrooms.

Rooms were reasonably clean but dated and shabby as was the rest of the hotel. None of the laundry machines were working and neither were the ice machines. I doubt if the breakfast area would pass a health dept inspection. I will not be returning.

Good for the price

I’m driving up to the facilities. I immediately started to question my decision. Entering the lobby it made me hopeful. Kind staff interactions although minimum. But rest of facility was very aged barely hanging on pool area. Shouldn’t have even been in. Use hallways extremely grubby. Just had my son pretend like he was Camping out on an experience somewhere else And the bedroom seemed clean and safe enough to make it through one night.

The torn signage at the front was the first hint of condition of the hotel. The room was clean but dated.

Front desk staff was very friendly, but entire hotel smelled and was run down and dirty

Staff was very good and overworked, needed more help. Building and rooms were run down and really need attention. Parking lot and surrounding areas felt unsafe.

We arrived after the check in time but still waited for more than 2 hours to get our room. Several other people were waiting for long periods as well and quite a few of them left found other places to stay. The staff that was on hand did as much as possible to accommodate everyone, but the staffing shortage was the issue.

I wouldn’t stay here again. It was obviously just bought by Baymont. Conditions of hotel were very run down. One example of a safety concern is the elevator inspection was not up to date.

Nothing worked in the room , every ice machine was broken . Smelled funky

Heavy smoke smell. Very dirty. Stained carpets throughout. Pool area was dark and dingy. Weight room was a disaster. Pictures on internet are false advertising.

Was a nice place to stay. Needs some updates

The staff was very nice but everything smelled like cigarettes or weed. Our non smoking room smelled like cigarettes. Needs updating.

I didn't like the strong smell of weed even though it was a no smoking area

We arrived and the front desk clerk helped but seemed over whelmed we were given a room that had million the carpet and the bathroom ceiling and a oder of mold and mildew than was given a second room which they over sprayed to hide the same smell at this point had no choice but to stay while unpacking I realizes there was no remote for the TV I called the front desk stated he would be right down after 25 min I went to the front desk asked for one he explain he didn’t have one but than handed me a remote from the drawer and stated to me this is not going to work I was confused as to why he handed it to me to begin with he again stated he would come down with the remote but his was at 6 pm nothing again I again walked to the front desk at 945 pm he stated to call the desk at 10 pm and they maybe could help I asked him to let them know I had to get the kids down So here we are at check out no remote mold and mildew smell . Left with a 200.00 plus night stay at it’s worse I have photos but as a courtesy will not share unless requested

There was mildew and mold all over the room. Ice machines were all inoperable. No water in any vending machines. Outside hotel they were asking for drugs.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and was there for the customers when needed to be. Problem was that they were always needed because the hotel itself is sub par. AC and fan in my room were loud as f^*&! Had to turn off AC at night because it was loud. Which then made the room hour. Fan in washroom, rattled loud also. Towels and rooms smelled like smoke. I will never stay there again.

The staff was very friendly. However the place is very outdated. Lights in the hallway and at the pool need replaced. Breakfast only consisted of cereal and muffins. The room appeared clean but it smelled awful.

Staff kept our room very clean, easy in and out access. The staff was terrific. Very helpful. I would go back.

The room was very old and smelled like it. The staff would not make coffee until 7:00am. My daughter gets up at 6:00. The hotel has people living in it. Never would i stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Took three attempts, two trips from 4th floor to lobby to enter room with card after check-in, other than that a pleasant stay.

The room stunk awful, ac didn’t work well, we couldn’t locate an ice machine that worked ANYWHERE, soda machines sold out, staff was kind upon check in that’s the only positive

Landscaping is all weeds. Hotel smelled like Marijuana. Beds were nuce but the bathroom had mold in the shower and around the sink. Light switches were dirty. Stains on the walls. AC was old, loud and dirty. Stains on the carpeting in the common areas. Would not recommend this place.

Good for the price. Only negatives personally was bar/restaurant closed really early and only had 1 ice machine for all floors and it was out of ice my whole stay but I think they were moving the other one so may be fixed for future stays. Would stay again!

This is a very run down property. Everything about it looked sketchy. The bathroom was dirty. The place smelled like old dirty musty smell. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
