The staff was great,, especially desk attendant Paige. I always note that, during the night, bathrooms are hard to get to in the dark. It woul be great if all bathrooms had “ night lights.”

Check in young women, non exsisten until 3 of us were in line waiting, ringing the bell.?? Lady who was there an hour later was smiling, offering dining suggestions, etc. Friendly;The Thurs. morning girl was great . Your buffet bkft was excellent as was the lady keeping it ready. Wil stay again.

This hotel was very good for the most part. The staff said it was a heated pool, but it was not. The blackout curtain was very hard to move and needs some oil. The room is spacious. There are 3 drawers, not deep, to put clothes and an enclosed closet to hang up your clothes. The balcony is big and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The have Dove hand lotion, hand wash, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The breakfast was good with not much change day to day. There were no hot chocolate packets for my daughter, but they had a variety of tea bags. They had cinnamon rolls...yummy... The hotel is driving distance to the Ft. Myers bridge. There are restaurants down the street and around the hotel.

My husband and I Stayed for only a day, but we will definitely be back soon. The space was super clean. The breakfast was delicious. They had a cool pancake machine that made your pancakes for you so you don’t have to wait while getting done. And they let us check out later no questions asked.

Staff very attentive. Very clean, good breakfast. It's what I expect from Holiday Inn and they did not disappoint. Easy walking to a lot food and drink in Laid back area. Including: No. 3 Craft Brews and Beer Bar - Eight Foot Brewing, Nice Guys Pizza plus more nearby. Stay a few days and relax

They have great restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner. They also do a great breakfast. I stayed a few nights. The pool was nice and they could add a bar lights and towel stand and maximize the outdoor experience 😀 just a thought.

I love this hotel, smells so good. Every space in the hotel smell good. In addition everything that you will need is there. My husband and I were invited to the an important celebration on August 17th, 2024. Was are first time in Cape Coral, we love our stay there. Thank you. Keep up.

The room was dingy and it was a noisy place. The air conditioning was noisy too. The rugs seemed to shed. Not a bad place but not great either. The staff was excellent. Breakfast was great.

OK place for one night, check in was chaotic at first and the first room was super loud (icemaker next to it sounded like a starting plane) but the staff handled it very nice and relocated us into another room beds are very soft (to soft for my taste felt like a hammock) Hotel was clean and seems updated
