We loved the room, accessibility, and amenities. We had a couple of drinks and food at the bar and really enjoyed the flavors. The hotel’s lobby is nice and elegant. Staff is courteous, friendly, fast, and accommodating -we requested a bath chair for my daughter with special needs and it arrived very quickly. Would definitely stay here again. Could not rate the property’s surrounding areas because we did not go out.

Room was used, staff changed us to another room but not made it convenient. I had to go downstairs and carry our luggage to another floor.

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip, and I'd like to share my experience. Firstly, the hotel's shuttle service was very convenient. I arrived at the airport around 11 PM and only had to wait for 15 minutes to be picked up and taken to the hotel. The shuttle from the hotel to the airport runs punctually every hour, which was a big plus. The buffet breakfast was impressive with a wide variety of options. Each day featured different meats and fruits, providing a great start to the day. My room was on the top floor, the fifth floor, which was relatively quiet, although occasional noise from the hallway could be heard. The staff were extremely professional and always greeted guests with a smile, making the stay pleasant and comfortable. However, the hotel's location was a bit inconvenient. Apart from the hotel's own restaurant and small shop, there were no convenience stores or restaurants within walking distance. While you can use Uber, and it's quite affordable in Mexico City.

Bed bugs, mold, smell of mold, leaking sinks, dirty, hair left in bathrooms, no air conditioning or fans, and they won’t respond to give me a refund. I do not recommend. We had to find a new hotel within an hour of checking in.

The room was clean with great accommodations especially for my elderly parents. My father was able to use his scooter with ease. The patient and friendly staff were very helpful in demonstrating how to use the air conditioning and facilities. They didn’t hesitate to assist. Room service was excellent! Having a shuttle to take us to and from the airport was a major plus for us.

Lovely hotel and a spectacular room! Clean, comfortable, spacious…I was quite thrilled! Being an airport vicinity hotel nothing around the area so I chose to eat at the restaurant. Efficient shuttle to the airport. Wonderful staff!

Perfect, the only problem I had for some reason was calling the hotel. The 1800 numbers did not work for me or some people I ask for help in Mexico to call the hotel for the shuttle. I found the local number and my newly met friends at the airport were able to call. Once I pass that issue, all was great. Good location, shuttle service and buffet breakfast included.

We now have been to the Holiday Inn Dali Airport a couple times when we travelled from Germany to Mexico or back and we have always had a very good experience ; friendly staff, very clean and cosy rooms, good food, free airport shuttle etc... would always recommend the hotel.
