We rested well which is always a plus in a hotel. We didn't have any hot water at the sink., so shaving sucked.

The A/C unit made an ungodly noise when the compressor kicked in. That was the only issue.

The breakfast attendant was great. The front desk staff was ok. The room was decent. There were stains on the comforter. Not the biggest deal but...

Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was not so great.

Staff was very nice and cordial and helpful. Very convenient to airport early shuttle availability was a plus. Hotel was very clean throughout. Room was clean however pillowcases were wrinkled and had some lint. We assumed they were clean, but because of the appearance, we were concerned. The sink was clogged and slow moving. Overall, I would stay there again.

This hotel is great if you're flying in/out of the Wilkes-barre Scranton airport. 24/7 shuttle serice to/from the airport, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, breakfast. Great place to stay for a night.

This was a great stay for the night! It was clean (and I’m picky), quiet, and comfortable. I’ll choose the same place for future trips.

I had no problems getting checked in, the Lady was pleasant and curdeus

We stayed at this BW only 1 night (8/4/24) as we were flying out at 6:30 AM. Checking in took about 20 minutes as the clerk had trouble processing our reservation but didn't bother to explain why, actually said nothing to me while fiddling around with office supplies on the desk. Fortunately another clerk came on duty & took over. Apparently Travelocity's credit card wasn't working but she corrected the problem. I was also a bit surprised to see they still have not only large plexiglass up in front of the desk but a table in front of the counter with large bottle of hand sanitizer on it. The plexiglass & table made it hard to hear the 2nd girl tell me what the issue was with the reservation. It's time to get rid of the table. Room was clean & comfortable bed but we were annoyed that the in-room refrigerator wasn't working properly as we had some food we wanted chilled to take on our flight. We would definitely stay again as the location is great if you're flying in or out of Avoca.

Great stay. The room was spotless. The pack and go breakfast was a great idea. The shuttle to the airport was a welcome bonus. I would recommend lotion!!

Water pressure in bathroom sink not good and water never got hot. Also sink did not drain well.

This is such a pleasant place to stay and so close to the airport. I am so relaxed when I’m here to visit family. The desk staff are always the best!

Rude staff

Front Desk Staff personable and accommodating. Disappointed I had to request housekeeping to replenish linen and supplies. Had to make second request for supplies as only towels were provided at first. Housekeeping Staff apparently did not inventory used items. Nice breakfast area well supplied and attended.

I needed a place to sleep for the night. I was traveling alone and needed to be back on the road the next day. The room was big, the bed comfortable, and I felt very safe.

Great place for the price.

I selected this location to stay during a work trip. I had an issue with my flight so I didn't arrive until later approximately 1:30 AM. The room had a stain on the comforter and hair in the bathtub. The microwave consistently beeped the whole time I stayed. The toliet wouldn't stop running and when I removed the back to see if I could fix the issue. There were significant amounts of mold in the back of it. When I checked out they repeated said they couldn't provide a receipt because it was booked under Expedia. I spent an hour and half trying to get the hotel folio for my expense reimbursement. The customer service team had to send them a ticketed request for the statement in order to provide for my expense reimbursement. I will never stay at this location again.

staff was great!

Very nice staff. Bed was mediocre, but clean. Room was clean. Property is a little run down looking. Breakfast was ok, but some items had funny taste, especially the orange juice (really bad).
