I was ate up really bad by bed bugs and I let the property know they said that someone would reach out and nobody has, it’s very unprofessional. The bathroom was filthy and stained. It smells like cigarettes and it’s supposed to be smoke free.

The facility was very welcoming and clean. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel. I will for sure book this Hotel the next time I'm visiting the Lancaster area.

We like this property for its proximity to family we are visiting when in the area. I love the breakfast, cooked to order and the evening manager's reception. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of our room this time, mostly because the carpet was over-soaked from a recent cleaning. However, when I reported the issue, it was promptly dealt with.

Loved the girl at the front desk, very friendly. Hotel is inexpensive but on top of that you get a free drink, dinner and breakfast; that’s pretty impressive! And pet fee is $29 (with a cute little gift bag), other hotels are charging up to $150! Room was very clean and AC blew cold. Surrounding area is ok. Not dangerous, just not an area to hang out. My dog walks were quick. I am usually a hotel snob and was leery about coming but I would def come back again. I was impressed.

Left my water tumblr in my room upon check out. Immediately called and they told me that they would call me back to pick up my cup and they never did. Cleaning lady ended up stealing it and I never got reimbursed for it. Poor management

There was a girls softball tournament. They took over the property. They were noisy. The walls are thin so we heard our neighbors next door, running down the hallway and slamming of doors! The air conditioning unit was extremely loud.

To our surprise they offered a free nacho for dinner and a free breakfast with our room!

Property is in good condition, a little old...staff were nice and accommodating....

Very highly recommended! Eric runs a very excellent establishment. Due to some unfortunate circumstances with unforeseen loss of the loved one at the last minute Oxford Suites pulled out all the stops to make sure that my trip was as easy as possible and stress-free. This is truly a hotel that is designed for making you feel as you are an important guest. I will rent here again any chance that I'm in Lancaster. Thanks again Oxford sweet stuff for outstanding service! And thanks again Eric you're amazing!

The room was very comfortable and very clean.It was well stocked with supplies I stayed overnite as my air conditioner went out at my house. They even include free dinner and a free breakfast, Great perks Also, a free drink at the bar and free parking also included

This Hotel smells horrible. The carpet is 13 years old and is disgusting. My room smelled so bad. The pool area was very nice though

Amazing service

We have enjoyed staying at the Oxford from time to time. However this stay we rate lower as the bed was as hard as a rock, and the cleaning staff failed to provide enough extra amenities in the room for all 3 days, so we had to wake in the morning to call down for more, fortunately the front desk staff was able to bring them.

Balcony didn’t feel safe although in sure it was. Footsteps are extremely loud from room above you. Both nights the people at the pool were extremely loud and was awoken in the middle of the night by a couple screaming at each other.

I found a cockroach in the dining room bathroom; couldn’t kill it; sorry. Carpets are just awful. Staff was magnificent; food was very good; enjoyed the socials; bath products were very nice. Things worked as they should.

I was in my room doing some work at the desk when to my surprise I was greeted by a Cockroach scurrying across the desk.

We have stayed here in the past visiting family and it was nice. We decided to come back after staying in 2 other hotels for security reasons (I know everything about the crime in Lancaster, since it was my job). I was not surprised that this area is still a place to roll the dice for vehicle burglaries and sketchy people hanging around. I made sure I parked my vehicle close to the front door. The room was old although it was clean. There was a lot of noise in the hallways. Everything went well until I was walking my service K9 through the lobby when a woman was coming down the hall with 2 dogs, a loose one and a pit bull on a leash pulling the woman towards my K9. I had to move fast to avoid an altercation. The staff was concerned for our safety and they did reprimand the lady for having a loose dog and vicious dog in the hotel. Other then that it went as I expected. You get what you pay for trying to save money. I am doubtful I will return.
