Nice hotel, a bit of a hike from the train station but close to a large shopping mall. Breakfast buffet was well designed. Rooms had big windows and the property was very quiet. We would come back.

We are from the U.S. and had an excellent experience at this property - even stayed again when coming back through the area! We were especially impressed with Chris, at the front desk who went out of his way to help us, first to see the Super Bowl on our room TV and second, he helped us get a SIM card working by actually calling the company and speaking German with them to resolve the problem! The whole property was extremely clean and inviting, beds were super comfortable, loved the walk-in shower, and breakfast was top of the line! Free parking was appreciated as was free wifi which worked great. This hotel is a little out of the way, a car is recommended, but it's very easy to get to from the highway. Definitely would stay a third time and highly recommend! Thanks for your hospitality, Chris!

The room was fine but service and info extremely poor. Breakfast was closed too rapidly without warning and the staff there in most cases unfriendly. Got no information about ongoing noisy, very noisy repairs that started seven in the morning and not either about the non-functioning TV. The reception was okey but could not compensate for all the other shortcomings. Breakfest was nice per se.but the atmosphere there disappoiting.

I asked for a quiet room upon check in (away from elevator etc.). I ended up on a floor with construction activity and right next to a maintenance/service/construction personnel room right next to mine. The nights were over at 6:45 AM, including Saturday, with hordes of workers making sure of that. When I complained upon check-out to the same person that had checked me in, he acted clueless and didn’t even consider any offer to make up for my inconvenience. Travelers considering booking this hotel should know that it is very large and appears to be frequented by groups of traveling workers and professionals. Bring your earplugs!

The hotel was awesome with the price value and breakfast was with almost everything. Friendly staff amd huge parking area. Near to hotel there is PC shopping mall which is biggest in area.

17 minute tram ride plus 15 minute walk from tram stop to hotel. Not exactly local to Leipzig. Pleasant sauna to relax after the journey. Left before breakfast but a local shop and petrol station on route back to tram stop selling pastries and coffee meant we were fed.

I've stayed here a number of times. It's a very good standard hotel, with all the basics done right. The staff is excellent: attentive, friendly and supportive. The rooms, restaurant and overall facility are very good. Definitely recommended.

A bit far from town centre or the Leipzig tradeshow centre (Messe)and a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus or tram, it would have been great to have a hotel shuttle as almost all the guests were there for the tradeshow.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The employees who made up the rooms went over board to make sure we had what we needed. The waiter and waitresses were great and made sure the tables were ready and we always had coffee. The walls are very thin and we could hear the people in the next room coughing. The guests were very noisy and loud until almost 1 A.M. They were laughing and popping bottles or something.They had no consideration for the other guests. Even though we were on the 2nd floor, it sounded like all the noise was right under our window. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

Perfect hotel for what we wanted, which was one on the outskirts with easy access to centre via the tram. Breakfast at the hotel is to be recommended. Would definitely stay there again, when next in Leipzig, especially if hiring a car because of the easy access to motorway and A roads.

Nice hotel, near a main highway if you're coming from another city, and an easy drive into the Leipzig city center. Free parking is great and we found parking (with meters) on the street in Leipzig when we went into the old city. Room was nice and front desk staff was helpful.
