we had a issue with airport transport and this was resolved by management after I had a discussion with them, we also had a room with sensors that kept on turning lights on during the entire night,

The facility was very clean but there was one elevator out with a strong smell of sewage on the 3rd floor.

Nice place very close to the airport. Pool is outdoors so closed after Sept. Room was clean except for carpet not well cleaned. Very comfortable sitting area in addition to bed. Needs a microwave! On site bar & grill is hilarious (4 bar seats total) but good burger place next door.

Wonderful hotel, Clean and updated, really enjoyed the the decor in the room well done. The staff was professional and courteous. The only complaint I have is the light in shower area is a motion detection style which does not pick up motion while in the shower so the light will leave you in the dark. It should be a timer style which is still eco friendly but will won't leave you in the dark. Set it for 15 minutes if that's not long enough you deserve to be in the dark!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. I booked a room here and my flight was going to be delayed so I contacted the front desk to alert them. I had already checked in online and when I arrived after midnight, I found that my room had been given away. I received a letter saying that they would be paying for the hotel stay that night at a neighboring hotel. The shuttle, then dropped us off back at the airport where we waited another 45 minutes before the shuttle from the other hotel arrived. When I contacted Hyatt, they refused to give me a refund despite the letter saying that I would not be charged for that night‘s stay.

We check in late and security was not friendly. Our would not lock had to put the luggage cart in front of it. I don’t recall booking a handicap room so why did I receive that.

Had to come into town for business. Room was ready on time, clean, comfortable, and really large. It was great to have a shower before my event, then a great sleep to come back to. Nice breakfast provided prior yo leaving. Would recommend and stay again.

Room was clean but the bed needs a new mattress. The breakfast was not so pleasing the package waffle tasted like paper. When I checked in I was told that parking was an extra $18 a day. You needed your room key to park in the lot but I ended up getting a notice on my vehicle. When I asked at the front desk they forgot to give me a parking pass. Refrigerator was loud. Elevator needs cleaning. Parking lot had lots of trash around.

I have never been to a hotel where the staff was so nice and friendly. The front staff was outstanding they did an awesome job on making my stay memorable. Thanks and keep up the great work and know that you are appreciated.

I really enjoyed myself during my 5 day stay. Staff members went over and beyond to make sure I was comfortable! There was one staff member in particular that stuck out. That staff member name is Damien. When I say I have NEVER met a staff member that went over and beyond for their customers … Damien gave me and my guest his entire work schedule to make sure if we needed anything it was taken care of! I mean I have never had someone at any hotel ask me is there anything you need as much as Damien. Damien deserves an incentive for the hospitality displayed during our stay! ALL 5DAYS Damien made sure we were good. I will be booking again.

Honestly I have dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay at your hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk attendant assured us that the parking charges would be $18 for the entire stay. Based on this information, we were confident in our decision to park at the hotel. However, upon receiving our final bill, we were extremely disappointed to find that we had been charged $18 per night, effectively doubling the amount we were expecting to pay. This discrepancy caused us a great deal of frustration and negatively impacted our overall experience at your hotel. We believe that the promise made by your front desk attendant should have been honored, regardless of any potential miscommunication or misunderstanding.
Additionally, we encountered other issues during our stay. Our room was missing an ironing board, which was an inconvenience. Furthermore, the parking lot had a strong odor of marijuana, which made the environment very unpleasant. It was clear that someone was smoking weed, and the smell was pervasive and disturbing.

This hotel was very clean and neat. I only noticed they don't use compostable cups or bowls. The public washrooms were very clean and provided possible items needed, such as tampons or pads. In general, it was a wonderful hotel, we will come back for sure!

i booked a night stay there for my baseball team after our flight was cancelled. within MINUTES of making the reservation I called to cancel it because they gave us a flight. I sat on hold and was never able to speak to someone. Our room smelled of cologne heavy amounts. Shower was dirty and the king bed didnt have a sheet. Not enough towels for 4 people door wouldnt close, we had to slam it shut to lock it. Not a safe area and had to pay for parking overnight. Wpuld have been betrer to stay outside airport then drive in.

The room was a decent size. No weird smells. The staff at the front desk was very nice. Upon arrival there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, additionally the was some towels left behind by previous guests. A lot of the provided towels had long hairs in them. Luckily I had bring my own so I didn’t have to use theirs. The pool is a little small and the morning breakfast is lacking in my opinion compared to other hotels at the same price point. But overall I had somewhere to stay that was mostly clean for a few days. I don’t plan on coming back but I don’t entirely regret my stay either.
