Carpet on 3rd floor needs vacuuming asap!

It's nice and okay, but it needs some work. The smell needs to go and a update on the entire building needs work. Front desk was nice, but work needs to be done immediately

Our room had cobwebs in the corner visible over the chair. Also the smell of weed in the hallways was pretty constant. Don’t ask for a new towel or it will cost you $1.75. Staff was friendly and nice though during our stay.

The staff here was very friendly and it was quiet. However, the room and hotel were quite dirty and run down and the halls reeked of marijuana. Cost effective if you need a bed to crash in and can get past the ick.

This is my very worst experience ever. We booked weeks ahead and paid in full. However when we arrived we were told that they do not have the room we reserved and sent us away. The manager did not try to help us at all. We did try to reach extended stay america help line. I talked to 3 reps including the supervisor and we were told that they will help us file a complaint which takes 48 hrs. For thw night they told us to reach out to hotels.com as hotels.com took our money.

Booked a room online, after arriving and waiting over 45 minutes for a team member to arrive to check in guest ahead of me. It was my turn to check in, I was unappologetically told "you need to ask Expedia for a refund, we have no rooms clean for you." Unacceptable after driving to hotel which was paid for ahead of time and confirmed. Then we have to call for a staff member to arrive at lobby. Terrible customer service for anyone to experience with no professionalism.

Staff was nice. The room on the other hand was horrible. Carpet was nasty, dressers and counter tops were peeling. The entrance door to room and bathroom were hard to open and close. The AC rattled and didn’t cool the room.
Even after a disinfecting the room I still laid on a blanket from my trunk.
Truly in need of an upgrade. I would have left if I could have gotten a refund.

Bathroom floor sticky spots filled with dirt and debris, couldn't walk around barefoot without our feet getting filthy, the room had an extremely musty odor. But the fridge was clean and worked properly and there were no bed bugs

Run down. Smelled of urine in the lobby and throughout hallways. The elevator was rickety. As I found my way through the long scary hallway , I noticed several doors on rooms were cracked, a couple people were walking the halls going in and out of other rooms. When I entered the room I found unbelievably run down bed and furniture. There was black electrical tape used to hold a drawer shut. I inspected the bathroom which along with the rest of the room, looked to be last updated from the late 70’s. It appeared as if someone had attempted to break the door down to the bathroom one time, with no repair even attempted. I immediately called hotels.com representative and sent her pictures. I explained I did not feel safe staying at this pre paid room. The rep stayed on the phone with me as I exited the hotel. When I was safely in my car, she attempted to contact the hotel, without getting an answer. I sent photos to the rep, which then apologized for my bad experience and said she would file a claim and start the process of a refund for me.

Arrived on Friday. Out side my door there was a sparkplug on the floor. Left on Tuesday, it was still there. There was food in the fridge from the previous resident. The carpet was not vacuumed, nor the floors swept. Windows had no screens. I could continue, but i see no point. If that isnt enough to explain my utter disappointment, more words wont make a difference.

We chose this place because it was extended stay and offered laundry facilities after we had been on a hiking trip. The rooms were pretty clean but the common areas were not. The lobby had an almost overwhelming smell of weed and incense. We were pretty certain that the staff was smoking weed in the office and just coming out when they absolutely had to deal with guests. We were supposed to have a non-smoking room, but it seemed to smell like smoke. We noticed that someone had put a baggie over the smoke detector and secured it with a hair scrunchie. I guess the cleaning staff didn’t notice. Also, the only personal product they provided was a single bar of soap. When I went to the laundry room, there was no option for buying detergent. Fortunately, there was a dollar store within walking distance. While there, we encountered several other guests who were complaining about the state of their rooms, requesting toilet paper, etc.

This property was very disappointing. It's an Extended Stay hotel but is not set up for anything of the sort! There are no extended stay amenities except for a 2-burner stovetop. But there are NO pots, pans, dishes utensils, silverware or even a stopper for the kitchen sink!
It was not clean or well maintained. Many areas of the room, hallways and exterior were in disrepair. There were people smoking pot down the hall. There is no one at the front desk for customer service off hours. The front desk was locked with a security curtain most of the day.
We won't be back to this or any other Extended Stay property!

Worst hotel I’ve been to. First room they gave us had a huge black mold spot on the bathroom ceiling. They tried to give us another room but my girlfriend was having issues because of the mold. We asked for a refund and left with in an hour of being there. The guy at the front desk said I’ll get a refund but the systems were down and to call back in the morning. I did so and was told to contact hotels.com. Once I did the representative contacted the hotel and they denied my refund, saying they did not know I checked out early. I have audio recording of the conversation I had with the front desk the night I left. In which he states the systems were down AND I’ll have my refund. I also have pictures of the mold.

Room was dirty and smelled musty, water stains all over the ceiling, carpet was stained, appliances rusty, no silverware or cookware, laundry facilities broken. Drug dealers in the parking lot day and night, front desk clerk rude and not helpful.... told me when I asked if I could switch rooms "if you want a different room you should go stay at another hotel". Stay far away from this place!!

The room was not clean. Tge refrigerator was old and ruted on the inside. The cabinets were dirty and dusty. Floor was dirty, curtains had stains. The rooms next door and across the hall were loud. The police had been called on someone staying there.

Management cycled the room key before the check-out time, did not replace the keys without complaining, and then knocked repeatedly on the door and insisted on coming in the room to “inspect fixtures,” although we had not reported any problems.

Went to check in to the hotel as soon as I walked in the lady said “we have no rooms” so I said I had a reservation again she said “I have no rooms I’ll cancel you’re reservation” so I drove 20 min to get there someone should have called me when they ran out of rooms. Also, she could have at least apologized

Love the quiet area. Police patrol routinely. Friendly staff knows me by name as my job requires every other weekend. Property has improved significantly and if you have insomnia like me it's a safe place to walk at odd hours.

Building smelled like marijuana all the time. Had previous peoples garbage still on floor. Room service never made a visit over 5 nights. Garbage over flowing, no new towels, tissues were gone when I arrived.

The staff was very accommodating, as well as the rooms were very clean and for the price it was amazing especially not having to deal with people standing outside begging for money. We did make up too late I guess for breakfast or maybe they don’t have the grab and go breakfast anymore but I did not see that there but it was not a big deal because we weren’t planning on having breakfast there either way. It’s definitely worth the price with a nice staff and clean to facility

My reservation was not honored. I had to find another place to stay. Extended stay informed me that they didn’t have any rooms to rent even though I had a confirmation. They waisted my time. It was late when I got there so I slept in my vehicle that night and found a different place to stay the next day.

After a 3 hour and 3 minute drive, I arrived to the hotel. I wanted to check in, but I was unable to. I was standing for 30 minutes in the lobby. I tried calling the number listed on the front desk, but it went to the phone in the back where no one was. Someone else then came in to check in and they also had to wait. Someone finally came down to check me in. The staff person said, "what do you need?". I was too tired and irritated to argue. Upon entry to my room, I immediately smelled smoke and I put down a non-smoking room. Additionally, the door hinges had some cardboard on them, damages in the bathroom, and so much more. I do not recommend staying here unless you are desperate or are low on cash. Better off sleeping in your vehicle.

We only had 2 pillows for 2 people and in all the pictures it showed 3-4+. When we asked for more pillows they said they didnt have any.

I was first given a key to someone elsewhere room. When I tried to enter the room after the 3rd attempt, a guy came out and said that was his room. I went back downstairs and was provided a different key. The rep did not change or correct my room key/number in the system so when I stepped out and came back the next day, my key didn’t work. The front desk had also checked someone else into my room but they hadn’t arrived yet. It was just chaos and unprofessional to say the least. The hallways smelled like smoke and I couldn’t stand it. The elevator was dirty, my bathroom barsoap was a reuse (they put the same soap back in the seal after someone else used it:(, pillows were too flat and very uncomfortable, I came as solo to get some work done and you could only use the internet for checking email and some browsing, everything else you have to pay extra! I’ve never had to pay extra for a hotel WiFi!; you could hear people shouting and taking from the rooms, dogs barking etc…but the overall room was clean (not sure it was disinfected, but I did before settling in).
