After a 14 hr drive to see my son before deployment to the middle east- I was thankful to arrive at the hotel. Front desk service was fine. Room wasnt immaculate superficially, but fine for our 2 day stay. Ran to a store to grab something to eat & getting ready to sleep after a long day. My daughter has been in hotel housekeeping for years (Hampton inn & Sea Island Resort) and has been extensively trained to inspect rooms- which she did & found bed bugs. We immediately went to the front desk to tell them we were leaving & he photographed bugs as we did. We were given a card & told general manager would contact us. Ive heard nothing yet after emailing. Im disappointed to have not received an immediate refund since our stay was less than 2 hrs & had to find another hotel after a long day. Im NOW reading reviews that manager will try not to refund- that will NOT be the case here. I WILL be getting my money back this week or i will be escalating this to as many levels as i can to protect others.

Upon our arrival to our room, the smoke detector was beeping. I went down to the front desk where i was advised they didnt have any batteries and i could just disable my detector, which wasnt possible due to a wire cage being over it. I told her we were leaving for a few hours and something needed done while we were gone or we would have to switch rioms. When we returned, no staff were at the desk so we went up. It was quiet. But in the middle of the night it began going off again. Still no one found till morning. By that time we were checking out. No sleep by either of us!!

I booked this hotel 1st time. And never again.the air conditioner was not working . There was no any light working in bathroom. And blanket was so bad . And when I asked about AC they said you can open the windows on first floor to the parking area. Not just this I saw women’s period blood drop on the tub. I have picture . I could not call this place a hotel. So horrible

I wish I had taken a photo or two but I unfortunately did not. Upon opening the door to the room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke, and the drawers were hanging out of the dresser. When I went over to the AC unit on, there was food and cigarette ashes all over the top of it. When I went to use the bathroom there was a razor blade in the bottom of the toilet that had been there for long enough that a rust mark was on the bottom of the toilet as well.

I was very disappointed with my stay there!! When I got there, there were young people partying right in the front of the property! Then there were buckets of nasty smelling water from the pipes leaking. The front desk was very nice with booking my room. The room was filthy and smelled like cat piss! There were stains all over the carpet. When I used one of the towels there were nasty black hairs all over them! There was no water pressure and the building was very dark and had a smell to it

The elevator and 3rd floor halls smelled like Marijuana/cigarettes.

The property management is terrible. Room had Carpet Beetles running across pillows and bed( have video) I asked for room to be cleaned and left to stay with family. Came back 2 days later and room not touched. I checked out right then. I should have just left day 1. I want my money back.

A couple hours before check in I was called asking if we actually needed two beds or we could just share a queen. Even though I said no and the manager said he'd call me back and didn't and dumped the problem on the next desk worker.
They gave us 2 roll aways to make up but there wasn't enough room for them so my spouse and I kept catching on the sharp peeling linoleum on the table. It even ripped one of our jean shorts. Toilet had not been clean in who knows how long since it got cleaner just by flushing. Queen bed was lumpy, reclining chair broken and just oatmeal and coffee for breakfast.
Hotel felt mostly safe and once I turned the fridge up and ac up we got those to work. We aren't fussy people but this place has obvious management problems right now.

This place was disappointing. We chose it because it had a kitchenette and a good price, but it was not worth it. The room is old and needs tons of maintenance and a good deep cleaning.
Bed was not comfortable, bed sheets rough and smelly. The only nice thing is the friendly staff. Other than that, I wouldn’t recommend it.
