Stay was excellent. The people at the fry desk where very nice.

The ambiance was great. The place was also wonderfully clean. The only thing I would change is the Continental breakfast. It left a lot to be desired.

Girl at front dest is has absolutely no customer service skills. Was rude and does not speak very clearly.
Breakfast was not very good at all. Eggs actually taste luke powder eggs. Nothing tasted fresh.

Staff was nice, the property is dated. The pictures online do not match the actual room. Shower had no pressure, the bed was extremely hard. The whole floor had a smell to it. Overall wasn't bad, but definitely not staying there again.

Needs updates to the rooms. Lobby area was good and continental breakfast was okay. No blackout drapes for poolside rooms so the light shined in which was hard to get to sleep.

We were two couples travelling together and we decided last minute to stay in Dickinson.
The fellow at the front desk was not too forthcoming with information about the hotel( where breakfast room was, pool hours etc. ) The hotel could use a deep cleaning as when we tried to figure out how to turn the fridge on to get it cold there was lots of dust on top of it and the microwave also. The coffee maker was very dusty also. The men enjoyed the pool and said the water was nice and warm.

We got to the hotel late, after a long day of driving. We were given keys to our room and when we opened the door we weren’t sure what we would find as the lights were on. We slowly walked in thinking we walked into someone’s room and the bed was unmade and bathroom towels were on the floor in the bathroom. We went back and got a different room. The beds aren’t comfortable and the room had an odor to it.

It was a one night stay. Great place. Has a restaurant with great food. Has a little local casino. Walking distance to shopping mall and 2 Mexican restaurant. Burger King and DQ. Apple bees. All within 3 minutes of walking.

Nice, clean property and rooms, but the room, despite being a "non smoking" room still smelled like old stale cigarettes. Seemed like they converted an old smoking room into a non smoking room, and couldn't completely get the baked in smell of cigarette smoke out of the walls and carpet or something.

A mass of cobwebs and dead insects in the heater at door 3. Odor emitted from air conditioner. Staff not helpful. Coffee only available from 6-9 and staff unwilling to remedy.

Our room was clean, the staff was polite and helpful. Our room keys did not work at first and the lady at the front desk got it fixed promptly. My one complaint is that the glass door leading to the hallway didn't have curtains that closed so there was a light shining into our bedroom all night. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Rooms are not cleaned daily.Breakfast was either under cooked or way over cooked the only good thing from breakfast was the toast. The elevator smelled like cigarettes and seemed like maintenance on it was overdue. Carpets were stained and no longer fitted properly. Paint in the bath tub and walls was peeling and toilet wobbled when being sat on. Ran out of toilet paper within a day and had to search for staff to get more. Bed was about as comfortable as plywood and lacked a comforter. Severely needs maintenance and upkeep for a more comfortable and sanitary stay.

Terrible Breakfast, no bacon or sausage just dry tasteless scrambled eggs! No yogurt and coffee pot was empty! Left and went out elsewhere to eat!!😪

From the outside this looks very updated and nice. From the inside it has not been updated for years. Looks like original carpet in need of a good cleaning. Light in the bathroom did not work so we had to use a table lamp just to shower. This was the upgraded room as we could not get into our first room because the door wouldn't open. Breakfast was basic with hot options of eggs and sausage. Overall the hotel is in need of a makeover.

The hotel was older but was still very nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Beds were good but need better pillows. Breakfast was ok but ran out quickly. They were busy and seemed short staffed with garbage overflowing and food needed replenishing.

As hotels go now, it was fine. The carpet in our room, 202, was dirty, stained, and needs replacing. The rim around the top of the tub needed some cleaning. Overall it was ok, as I understand there’s not much help in the cleaning department.

Young Front Desk girl was nervous and seemed uncomfortable with dealing with guests at checkout. The breakfast was the worst we’ve ever experienced. Lovely dining room. However the food bars were very dimly lit, quality of food was poor, warming trays were empty or missing at 7:45am and making hot oatmeal awkward for several of us who had to ask for a microwave which was not available for use by guests and set up in the kitchen. Very disappointing breakfast situation.

One thing our room wasn’t clean when we checked in at 5:40. They gave us another room and all was good. We ate in the bar had burgers they were great! Also want to say the gal working the bar was fabulous taking orders serving them and tending the bar with no help!!

The staff was good I didn’t interact much with them but check in and check out was quick. When I walked in to the room it smelled wet and moldy.

Our initial room had a terrible odor so we were switched to a much nicer room. The overall vibe of the hotel was a little off but the staff member that helped us was very nice and accommodating.

I have no complaints for our stay but I do have a few suggestions. You should put up some elevator signs to let people know where they are located. They are kind if hidden. We had to go back to the desk and ask for help. Another thing you should have your cleaning crew check to make sure the alarm clocks are not set. We were woke up at 5:00 by an alarm we did not set. Just a few suggestions. We have family in Dickinson and we will stay at your hotel again because overall we were satisfied.

At check in they tried to overcharge us by $200. The room was musty and moldy smelling, the air conditioning was very loud. The breakfast was horrible. The patio was interior and kids kept knocking on our door, all night long, no adult supervision. The hotel needs a complete renovation. I will never stay there again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
